Professionalism and kindness. UPS Store is convenient and offers shipping you can trust to get your package where you need it to go. Not all shippers are so reliable. I’ve never had a bad experience with UPS.

I was headed to USPS, but the Holy Spirit led me to go into UPS instead. I’m so thankful for my obedience, because the experience at UPS exceeded my expectations! Associate, Zack, was very helpful and pleasant as he assisted me with getting a package mailed to my great aunt for her birthday. He also ensured me that the package would be delivered on her birthday. Additionally, the associates were kind enough to package the items I brought in to be mailed at no additional charge. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience! Thank you, UPS, for providing exceptional service!

Here is my bias up front: I only use FedEx under pain of death. They are expensive and have let me down too many times on delivery window and delivery dates. I don't use them personally nor professionally. UPS and USPS are my two go-to's.

I want to compliment Shawn, Will, Shade and Colin for their professionalism, focus and just being cool people. I have used this UPS location several times to ship art from the Open Door Gallery on Goodale. Art is a pain to send out. The packaging is elaborate and oftentimes the pieces are more expensive to send than to buy. On several occasions when I had to drop off work (dozens or more), I had to leave prior to the job being finished. I hate doing that but they put everything together in a way to minimize the materials/shipping expense; were as careful as mice with the more delicate pieces; and everything arrived on time and in one piece. Trustworthy fellas.

The W 5 th Ave store is my go-to. Been there several times for returns and I’m in and out in about 30 seconds. The people are always friendly and helpful.

It is always easy to post a nice review when things go well. But sometimes, things can go catastrophically wrong and how people handle those situations can make a huge difference. Shawn is a stellar example of a person handling a bad situation in a compassionate and professional way. A large and expensive item was shipped to me in California. It arrived two weeks late and was badly damaged. I was able to find a reputable company to repair and restore the item. Shawn immediately sent me a check from his company that covered the damage repair in full. It is very rare in today's world to find a person of Shawn's ethical caliber. He went above and beyond any of my expectations and turned around a highly unpleasant situation with class and dignity. This UPS Store is incredibly blessed and lucky to have Shawn on their team.

I brought in many heavy boxes today in two different trips. The staff was very helpful with helping me. I also needed some odd items boxed up and they took care of that as well. If I didn't live in NY, I would absolutely use this store again.

This is one of the most efficient UPS stores I’ve ever been to! Andy was amazing! He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing! I was out of there in two minutes! Thank you so much for your awesome hard work!

Very professional, polite & helpful. Gave me a drop-off receipt without me requesting. Love their hours. UPS close to me doesn't open until 10am; this one opened at 8am. 😀

I was being helped and Sean/Shawn stepped in and helped me resize a sentimental package I was sending to my close friend. He didn’t have to but he went out of his way! The staff here was very helpful unlike the USPS down the block!

My company had a issue with an expensive diamond ring that was shipped to Florida and was mishandled at the point of receipt at the UPS Tampa, Florida hub. Shawn, the manager, was helpful from the beginning and stuck with us thru the whole process of trying to be reimbursed for the loss. It is good to know that we have a shipper close to our store who understands customer service and the importance of building trusting relationships. Shawn and UPS Store 1511 did not let us down . it took a few months to get this matter settled, but we are grateful for their attention and follow thru.

There's a UPS store that is closer to my house but I'll drive to this one because the staff is just awesome! Kim is especially helpful and friendly.

They helped me ship a giant beanbag chair that required two boxes taped together. Very helpful employees.

I had to ship a item back to amazon the gentlemen working made it easy and fast no problems..i was in and out within 5 minutes with a receipt.really nice workers.
