AT&T Store

Had a major hardware issue with my phone over the weekend and couldn't access it at all; absolutely nothing worked, but access was essential for work and life. Brought into the store and over a couple of days I was given superlative attention and service by Aaron and Andrew who identified the problem, arranged for a replacement to be shipped to me immediately, and assisted with set up of the new phone, transfer of all files, and deletion/reset of my old phone. Every step of the way was easy, and they brought my stress down immediately. Also, a shout out to branch manager Erik. He's clearly overseeing a great team, and his own friendly and expert service is greatly appreciated! 10 stars out of 5 for Aaron, Andrew, and Erik. Thanks so much!

I have NEVER in my life received service quite like I did at this AT&T location. Recently I came home from Spain and unfortunately lost my American SIM card, so I went to this location to hopefully get my old number back. Immediately upon parking at the location I walked up where the door opened for me where I had the pleasure of meeting a gentlemen named Darien Strozier-Willis on the other side! He helped me as if I was family, making the process completely seamless and stress free. I couldn't reccommend the location enough and could write for hours on how ideal Darien was in helping me. If I ever had a buisness of my own I could only pray my staff was as attentive and helpful as Darien was.

The store manager Erik and my personal customer service representative Hassan, were the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever came across, in the service industry. They got me a new phone, new internet, with better service, and faster speeds, and all the accessories I would need for my new accounts. I was explained and taken care of better then I ever have been; And I’ve been with every major telecom player in the industry. Hands down the best decision I’ve made in awhile. I intend on being a loyal customer, if this is the level of service AT&T provides. Thank you guys.

I was greeted when I came in and was helped within 5 minutes of entering. I came to upgrade my iPhone11 to the 14, but after the great customer service and knowledge of product I went with the iPhone15. The set up and trade in was extremely easy.

I was at another AT&T corporate store in greater Columbus where I upgraded my son’s phone off an eligible upgrade on my spouse’s number (aka a “cross upgrade”). This caused my spouse’s sim
card to deactivate rendering her phone inoperable which was unacceptable. I noted staff at this other store was young and probably not experienced. The rep at this other store was unable to resolve the issue so I decided to take my matter to this corporate store on Olentangy River Road in the Lennox Center. I serviced by Andrew who quickly resolved my issue and supplied me with a new sim card.

If five stars was bad, then ignore this because Darien was exceptionally average! He solve all our problems and was super helpful! You impressed us with your customer service!

Hassan over here at At&t did a fantastic job at helping and explaining to me everything about my new phone, phone accessories, and new internet service quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service skills! He managed to be polite, professional, efficient and very personable all while helping me get multiple issues handled. I really appreciate him and the team he works with. One of the best cell phone store experiences I’ve ever had. Give this man a raise and then a promotion!

Jacqueline saved my life! I was in from out of town and my phone refused to work. She was able to get it started, have a cool conversation about being vegan, and help me get back to work at a huge event. Day would have been so much harder without her expert help. 5 stars all day long. Have the best day ever Jacqueline!!!!

Needed to transfer my corporate number to personal account. Was on the phone for hours being transferred. Came in to this store and Hugh got me set up in and out within 5 minutes. He was patient, understood my frustration and displayed exceptional customer service and emotional intelligence. AT&T needs to keep this guy around!

I wanna give a great thanks to Jackie she was great saleswomen she was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything to me about getting my I pad 9th generation for both my kiddos and she even talk to me about the tv app on the go she was great wish more sales people would be like her and patient

I've had a few issues over the years that were better suited to talking to a person rather than trying to address online or with a phone tree that goes nowhere. Each time I've stopped into the Olentangy store I've had a knowledgeable and helpful team member resolve my issue. Honestly, it keeps me from ever considering switching carriers this location is so good. Yesterday it was Jacquie who helped me out and she was fantastic - thanks again for your help!!
