Great store has pretty much everything I need some prices r very reasonable others r to hi but very nice store great products great people working here.

Went here after Home Depot made a key that didn't work. They had the correct key and cut it by hand. Awsome job. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Greeted as soon as I entered.

Best hardware store in Columbus!! Clean and organized. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They have great prices, too (toilet snake was $4 cheaper than Lowe's, that was out of stock so I went to Zettler). From now on, this is my go-to store for all my hardware needs.

First time here. My grandfather comes here often. Very kind and friendly staff. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that assisted me and remade my key but he is very informative and made my key just right! Receptionist was also very kind and sweet.

They have all my hardware needs they are professional, it has an old school feel that can't be replicated, also R.I.H. to Virginia, a staple there for many years from Central point to the Zetler center on Harrisburg Pike a wonderful woman who always made me smile every time I enter the store they also have many employees who are helpful, knowledgeable, and very willing to make your visit an enjoyable experience that is not found at the other large hardware stores

I love this place, great prices, friendly workers that help you find what you are looking for and give assistance if you have any questions. I go here for wood and to get the wood cut, I also like the paint selection they have and for a good price, they have just about any tool I have looked for so far. This is one of my go to hardware stores when I’m in Columbus. My most recent visit a guy named Nicholas helped me out and he is very hard working and friendly I really appreciate the help! Overall I really recommend checking this place out and going here.

Nice mom and pop type store. Reminds me of a little country town general store in some aspects with the variety of things they have.
This is the place a couple years back, I found a much needed part for canning food.
Employees are polite and helpful. Each visit I am asked if they can help me with anything, something that doesn't happen at bigger stores, especially being a female.
I totally feel welcome and like they value my service.
