Excellent business. I've gone there for several small things, to get my weed whipper worked on, to purchase a leaf blower, etc. The employees have always been helpful and honest with me.

Excellent customer service is NOT dead, after all! I use a heavy-duty rolling walker to get around. The other day one of the wheels lost the nut that holds it on. I was able to put a temporary fix in place, but went to Ace today to get a proper replacement nut. Not only did every staff offer help and check to see that I was being served, but the kindly man who "saw me first", got exactly what I needed AND made the repair.

I've shopped there for years, and it's always the same; everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. if they have what you need they take you to it and make recommendations, if they don't they will order it, and if they can't order it, they'll suggest where you can find it. They NEVER price gouge, and even let you know if you can get a better deal with a coupon or by selection a different (and often better) product.

This place deserves an award for "Best hardware (or any kind of) store on the planet, in every respect: stock, service, staff...! I may never leave C-bus if only to keep shopping at this store.

Very helpful staff managed to assist me in locating a part for a commercial range that is almost 20 years old. Pretty much all the plumbing parts you'll regularly need.

I got my Jeep Cherokee key fob replaced, all in, for $220 - instead of the $550 at the dealer. Brandon (sp?) the paint pro also did my fob and helped me fix some other problems with my Jeep and was super pro.

The key fob wasnt 100% functional - one of the buttons didnt get there - but the team offered to make it right but it would take some time I didn't have.

But very happy with ACE and the team.

I don't ever write reviews, but my interaction with Casey today was so positive I knew others deserved to know as well. He went above and beyond helping me and he did it so effortlessly! What I thought would be a huge headache, he figured out in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be returning because of him!

The employee at the front register knew exactly what isle the tool I was looking for was in. Very convenient. Everything is locked up due to theft. Tough world.

Way more inventory than other small Ace hardwares I've been to. Definitely use this place again if I'm in the area.

The difference between this local Ace and somewhere like Home Depot or Lowe’s: in those stores I have to hunt for an employee when I need help with something; with Ace, I can’t get in and out of the store without at least 3 team members chasing me down to see if I need help. Wonderful service, a friendly environment, and all of your basic hardware needs in one place. It’s a no brainer!

The folks at Schreiner ACE Hardware are living up to the ‘helpful hardware’ place name. And the guy didn’t bat an eye when I misheard him ask what BRAND toilet we needed to fix and I replied, ‘Um, it’s for a TOILET… ‘ like he was the one who was clueless. Helpful, patient, generous and gracious. Every day.

This is the best one-stop hardware store in the area as far as I'm concerned. The store is always well-staffed with employees that never fail to be very helpful and friendly. The store is never less than immaculate -- and that's usually something that only stands out of its the opposite. I'm in here at least 3-4 times per month and I've never had a bad experience in the 5+ years I've lived in the neighborhood. Give them your business, you won't regret it.

Love this place. It looks small but you’ll be surprised at how often they have just what you need Tucktaway somewhere in some corner of the store. Really knowledgeable staff too.

Been coming here for many years. Staff is always helpful and full of great ideas. Check out the rental options. ACE has lots of options for diy home improvement. Used a drain snake last month. Was thankful for the coaching the tool center provided.
