Very helpful with my phone issues

I had a great and fast experience at this store. I had Michael serve me and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped me choose a way better phone than the one i wanted that was the same price but so much better. He was very friendly and answered every question for me. The service was fast and he was very patient with me while waiting for my referral to come through to my email. He even helped me go through my email to try to find it. I would definitely reccommend this store to anyone.

We went into the store and was greeted very polite by Shaun. He helped us all the way threw our process. I had my whole family with me and he ensured us that store was sanitized to keep guest safe. He made the switch from our old cell provider to cricket a breeze. While he also worked very hard to get everything we asked within our budget and he got the out the door pice lower than we expected. Thank you again Shaun for being so patient with my family and me.

Sean was pretty good. We were there about an hour longer than we thought but mainly because our previous carrier hadn’t unlocked all the phones like they had said and we had to switch to different departments. Plus we were switching 5 lines. Like I said was there a bit longer than intended. But he made it an enjoyable experience. Kept everyone laughing and joking with them. Glad to be back with cricket.

My family and I visited this location and had a great experience getting our accounts switched back to cricket from a sprint plan contract. We were greeted and served by a young man named Shaun. Getting the 5 phone accounts switched was not without its glitches but the young man (Shaun) seemed to have a great attitude and mannerism to make the process a fun experience as he engaged with each of the members of our family as we teased and joked around with each other as he was working on the task at hand. The family phone plan switch. After approximately an hour, of back and forth, with each of the issues that occurred in making it all happen. We were all good with our new phone plan and had a great family fun experience in doing so.
In short? Shaun for your assistance and humor in getting our phone plan taken care of and helping to make it a good fun experience for my family and I.

Shawn ,assisted by Mr. Thompson, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient in helping me select two phones with the exact features we wanted. Compared to other stores this store was full of very helpful and polite personnel. I highly recommend it.

Shaun C was amazing his customer service was outstanding and his ability to converse and connect with his customers was amazing. Been there several times his attitude and friendliness made this the best trip in this store ever.
