Excellent service. Produce fresh & meat also. Only complaint is price. But, it's everything & everywhere you go to.

Very clean store and friendly employees that are willing to help whenever they can. There is a lot of parking but do not be surprised if your parking a little bit away from the store because this Kroger is always packed.

Nice store. Do alot of my shopping here.

These five stars are for one person his name is Troy and he Is one of the guys that brings out your groceries to you when you order online He deserves every bit of theae five stars!! I'm a difficult person to wow When it comes to customer service, I was a manager for 25 years in a customer service setting and I was always very passionate about my job. So when I give a five-star & get impressed by someone's customer service that person is doing an excellent job!! I had groceries to pick up at the Kroger on Bechtle Avenue, they stop bringing orders out to your car at 9pm. I was running behind & didn't get there to pick my groceries up until a little after 9:00. If I had been at any other store which I have been to several where I've come a little bit after the pickup time & And I always got told I would have to come back the next day. Troy sure did not say that to me, He waited on me with a smile, didn't hesitate, even though it was past the time & it was time for him to go home, it made me feel like I was important & that my ordered mattered. Now that is what good customer service is. Your awesome Troy...keep it up 😁

I love the new service of ordering your grocery list online and picking it up at a scheduled time. So far I have not had to have any substitutions which makes grocery shopping less frustrating. I recommend this service to anyone who has trouble walking or is very busy to use this service. I just wish they offered this service for free as another large chain has been able to do. However with the exclusive online coupons I'm usually able to cover the cost of the service charge.

Hands down the BEST cake I have ever had. Had our son's graduation cake made there for last Sunday 6/10/18. I called to let them know it was so good. Found out the head of the bakery made it, Ashley S. We had a full sheet cake 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla, and it was AMAZING!

Standard Kroger store with ample parking close in. Very clean and employees very friendly and helpful. Good selection of produce and well stocked departments. Not wide selection of speciality items like a Marketplace but has most of items on a standard shopping list.

I love kroger's I love everything there the people who work there I went to school with some of them I love the. Managers and the great prices the gas my kids love the free samples it's a very neat and warm friendly environment i love it use your Kroger plus card to get like 20 bucks off your purchase or more just shop at krigersits the best place to shop i love kroger's 100%

Today the pharmacy was efficient and courteous, hasn't been like that since the remodel and I'm there weekly, appreciate not spending lots of time or to be treated like I'm a nuisance

WAY TO GO KROGER'S ON BECHTLE!!!!

I have always had a good experience at this Kroger's store. I live closer to the Date. Limestone store but it isn't as clean and doesn't stock all the things I can get at the Bechtel store.

Store is very clean including the restroom. They had ribeye steaks on sale $6.99 a # and I had 3 prescriptions to get.

Have never had any issues with anything here at this store. Good chain of stores with a quality selection and reasonable prices and a great members club!

I only got fuel, but I was able to fill up for less per gallon due to their price being less than other places, and I got an extra 20 cents off per gallon! Woo hoo! Total WIN!!!

Prefer this location over all the others. Always stocked, friendly and helpful staff, great meat selection, and fair prices.

very nice but don't go early in the am grump people and no lanes open till 9 or 10am
