Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Jeff came to replace our hot water heater and did an amazing job! We called that morning with the plumbing concerns and Roto Rooter sent us Jeff that afternoon and by the end of the day our hot water heater AND new filtration system was installed and working wonderfully! Jeff was very meticulous and precise with all of the new copper pipes that had to be installed to accommodate the new filtration system-it really looks beautiful. Before he left, Jeff showed us how to monitor and maintain everything. We are very pleased in our whole experience! Thanks for the high quality work!

My service tech, Jeff, was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He thoroughly assessed my situation, gave me his expert analysis and offered me my options. Considering the extreme late hour of the emergency service call (1am), these attributes were a welcomed relief for a stressful situation.

They came out quickly from when I called and had my drain cleaned all within about 150 minutes from when I called. Although they seem to be significantly more expensive than other companies if you need fast, prompt, and skilled service I would definitely recommend!

I was pleased with the work performed by Jeff on Thanksgiving evening. I had a clogged drain and he kept at it for close to 2 hours until is was running clear. Customer service was good too keeping me aware of where I was in the que. Excellent job.

Ethan came out and replaced our shut off valve in a timely manner and was extremely professional. We had a minor scheduling issue but, good communication between the company and myself made up for it.

Excellent service! I felt informed and comfortable with the entire process. Max took. Time to make sure I understood everything and to show me what was being done. In the past I have had people come and say they fixed a problem and then after I paid them and they left that it was not fixed at all but Max took time to really check and see that everything was working properly and fully resolved.

Bought a house that had been vacant for a while and following several other major plumbing issues that were corrected, I finally tried using my washer only to discover yet another issue. It was after 4:00 in the afternoon and I was able to get a tech out the same day!!!! Max showed up and was super friendly and knowledgeable. After some troubleshooting, he determined the main line had a block despite another plumber supposedly fixing that less than 3 months ago. Upon getting that cleared he tested the washer since that was the reason I had initially called and discovered additional issues which he went above and beyond in an attempt to fix. Unfortunately, it appears the pipe is busted and will require a much more expensive fix. Since he was not able to fix that part, he only charged me to clean the main drain. I can't say enough about the extra effort he put in to try and fix the issue for me! Highly recommend!!!!

Called today and they came right away! Main drain was clogged causing our basement to flood. It would slowing drain but still caused a mess. Max was nice and very thorough. Cleared drain all the way from house to city 2 times. Had me run the washer to make sure it was fully cleared. Cleaned up his mess. Let us know that we have a 6 month warranty. Now just for the damages estimate in the morning. 100% recommend this company and Max!
