James was great to work with was very informative as well as front clerk made a few suggestions for my automotive improvements. This is my second experience with them and as before service always exceed my expectations very affordable, friendly staff highly recommend, and will be looking forward to future relationship.

If I could give more stars I would in a heartbeat! I’m newer to the Springfield area and haven’t really needed a regular place to go but I now have one just in case something does happen going forward. I had blew a tire a week ago and called everywhere trying to find my tire. Everywhere was going to have to order it and other places either charge extra for that, it took too long, or the tire itself was just outrageous on top of service fees. Groaner you can go online and get a quote of a walking out the door price and the option to schedule right then and there. This makes life so much more easy, hassle free and convenient. I was quoted $143 and that’s exactly what I paid and got so much more then just a tire. They were able to get my tire in with less then a 24hr notice as well as completing the job in that time frame too! My appointment was at 11 am. Typically I get off work at 6 am but was required to stay over last minute. I got out of work exactly at 11 and I was 30 minutes from the shop so I called them in hopes they could get me a later appointment or push mine back by 30 minutes so I could go straight there. At this point I’ve been up for 26 hours straight, I had no expectation of them saying yes as I understand this is a inconvenience to them and probably creates a snowball effect of everything else running behind. But to my surprise the gentleman understood and gave me time to get there and still took me. For that I was so extremely grateful. I got there and immediately felt that warm, welcoming hospitality feel like I had been going there for ten years even though I haven’t from Eric and Pat. I told them that they were gonna see the change oil notice and some other things just to ignore them as all I had the time and money for at that time was the tire. We got the car in and just sat and talked like old friends do. From start to finish I was only in there for an hour and 18 minutes. Never ever have I had quicker, quality, and personal experience than I have had at Grismer. About half way through one of the guys came out and asked me when was the last time I had my oil changed. Due to medical issues, missing work due to that, two kids birthdays, Christmas for all three of them, and my tire blowing that I knew it needed to be changed but wanted to schedule an appointment (hence it was already so great I immediately wanted my business to go back to them) they informed me of a special going on for a free oil change, I complied and followed the steps as of inflation as been crazy. I got the free oil change after applying. About that time Josh brought my car up to tell me that they went ahead and changed my oil for me. I couldn’t believe it. It warmed my heart knowing there were still good people and good companies out there that just wanted the best for you and not worried about making as much as they can off you. Thank you all so much again, it was such a pleasure and I’ll definitely be back!

Came in on a Saturday morning because my regular mechanic wasn't available and my splash shield had come loose. I'm very pleased with my experience and will keep Grismer in mind for future needs. The gentlemen working were friendly and got my car taken care of quickly at a fair price. I have no complaints and their speedy work meant my busy Saturday didn't get derailed by spending hours at the shop.

Went there for a 4 wheel alignment. They checked it first, got the go ahead which is always a plus..
Finished in under two hours and at the quoted price. Friendly and helpful staff.

I can’t give these guys a high enough rating. It’s beyond 5 stars. The staff is super professional and helpful. And they get you in and out of there as quickly as possible.

Never had a bad experience with Grismer and James is always very helpful and knowledgeable. After having a bad experience elsewhere, I took my car here in the morning when they opened and had it back before noon, will definitely be returning.

Called on a Friday to see about getting tires the next day. Was approved for financing so had to use it within 12 days and our schedules are usually jam packed. The guy who answered the phone said to come on in early the next morning and he'd fit us in. My husband went in and they had the truck back within 30 minutes. James brought him back to show him a few other things that needed done asap and some things that will need done eventually but aren't urgent. He wasn't pushy about fixing things but we definitely appreciated the fact they showed us exactly what was wrong and what could cause problems quickly. Ended up getting a new set of tires, using one of our free oil change, and replacing cv axle, and sway bar links. James was amazing and got the job done quickly.

Love coming here, and the 4 free oil changes with 4 new tires is unmatched. They do great work and don't try to sell you unnecessary things.

We always have great service here! Great staff, great service in a timely manner, at a fair price. We recently had the oil changed in our 2019 Accord. Super happy with the service.

Compared prices with 3 other tire shops in the area for some Pirelli AS3's. Pricing was reasonable, lifetime road hazard warranty was good value for us.

My husband and I were traveling through Ohio on our way home to Indiana. We were in a crowded car with our two sons and two large dogs. We hit a nail and our tire was shredded. We managed to get a spare on and I found Grismer online and gave them a call. They got us in as soon as they could and went above and beyond In their care for us. They even let us all inside the air-conditioned building, dogs included, because it was a hot summer day. My toddler son really appreciated the popcicle they gave him.We were thankful for their speedy service and reasonable pricing. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed a new battery and Chris and the Grismer team were great! Very fast service and personal attention made the visit enjoyable. It's nice to go to an automobile service center and find a staff with personality. Usually it is a cold process of waiting and boredom but my visit here (after a long work day) was pleasant and entertaining. Many thanks for reasonable pricing and the quick turn around on my vehicle!
