Employees were super helpful. I ran into 4 guys, even over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Wasn't too busy. bummed couldn't get Simple Green wash and wax for my camper..its online order only 😕

As a lifelong customer of the other store it is the absolutely awesome employees here that has converted me completely. In every single stop I have been met by happy and helpful folks who go out of their way for you. This store is awesome

I wish I hadn't injured my back because I love just walking around the lumber area and imagining things I can make while enjoying the smells of cut lumber too. I miss being able to do that. I really used to love going shopping here, but now, I am in too much pain to have a joyful shopping experience

Every time I need help looking for something there is always a helpful smiling Associate asking if I need help. Yesterday needed help and this more than eager Associate Royal gets me to where I needed to be! Thanks again Royal!! 😊

I recently started some home projects and came in for several things. I had an employee Jesse F. approach me to help and now every time I come back in I seem to get his assistance. He is always eager to help each time and is very knowledgeable of several products along with their locations. He is very friendly and always makes my shopping trips much faster and convenient!

They consistently have what I need, at great prices. It is typically less packed than Lowe's and the employees seem friendlier too. They are frequently short staffed however, so hopefully you don't need any help while you are there because it is difficult finding someone.

Always has friendly customer service and an employee asking you what they can help you with. Decent prices, pleasant atmosphere for shopping and checkout is fast and simple.

The young man who is always gathering carts and loading customers cars/trucks is awesome!! Very hard worker and polite. Too bad all your employees aren't like that. You should take away their phones and air pods.

We had a problem with one of our appliances we purchased and took care of it no problem. Good customer service and knowledgeable.

They have a huge selection. I just cane in for a few gallons of paint and almost walked out with material to repair a wall, rewire a few electrical outlets, and the equipment and material to put in a wired network in my house. I was able to resist mostly, but i digress.

The employee at the paint counter was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable of their paint products. She helped me get the correct base paint I needed.

I highly recommend this location. I know I'll be going back real soon.

What you would expect from a home improvement store. Some associates are knowledgeable some are not thankfully they are always honest about it. I truly believe it is a consumers responsibility to do your own research. Their management and customer service staff have always addressed my concerns, been supportive, and cared if I was happy. People need to remember retail is hard and if you have no experience in it just ask yourself if the person you worked with cared and tried🤔 yes, then they deserve 5 stars. You're not perfect don't expect that from everyone else.

I am married to an experienced residential construction worker. This
was his visit and his experience. These is what he had to say. " I waited 20 minutes for someone to assist me with a large drywall order. Finally, I got it ordered and paid for. But low and behold it took them another hour to get it loaded on the trailer. I normally am a very patient man. But when you buy from a company who supply contractors who usually are on time constraints you would think that the manager would get their rears in high gear. Time is money. People are entitled to bad days but it's every visit lately. It's been like pulling teeth to get out the door in a swift manner. Come on guys let's get it together. Let's build something. A better visit for starters.

Went to get an item that was only available at this Home Depot. Bill was super friendly and sooo helpful in getting me the items I needed. Even the other staff kept asking for Bill's help. Ask for Bill, he'll help ya.

I love shopping here. I go in to grab one thing. I can not get out of the store. They have everything you want. Staff is nice and prices are affordable.

I was on a camping trip and the temp was supposed to drop in the 30s, no one else had space heaters and they had put theirs away for the season. When I told the guy I needed one cause I had two littles he stayed over his time to help me get one. He located them and brought some down from the pallet. He recommended one that put out good heat and turned so the heat could spread evenly and not one direction. I didnt get his name because he was getting ready to leave for the day and didn't have his badge on. I received very excellent service.
