CVS Pharmacy

Nice store, lots of parking. Located in a strip mall with Kroger and anytime fitness and some restaurants and shops. Hard to spot from 12 mile, the entrance is right across the street from the water tower.

Nice staff, clean store.

I find some things to be pricey but no complaints.

I was concerned with the negative reviews my local CVS pharmacy had but had to transfer my son's prescriptions to it. Our pharmacist, Shruti compelled us to post this very positive review. She was efficient, knowledgeable and most of all kind. CVS not only filled his prescriptions accurately and on time but we encountered staff which was professional and polite. A positive experience and great customer service.

First, look at my review history. Clearly I'm legit, and I'm usually very generous but my experience here was absolutely disgusting.

I have never been met with such dismissive, rude behavior by a pharmacy as I have with the South Asian pharmacist that was working here today.

I am new to the area and was just inquiring about the vaccine appointments. This unprofessional lady not only snapped at me but wouldn't even look at me. Perhaps it was the color of my skin that turned her off. I hate to make that assumption, but with the kind of experience I had, it is highly suggestive.
