If I could give 10 stars, I would. James is most definitely the best print guy I’ve ever had. I take him some off the wall things to print in such as guitar bodies. He is super nice, meticulous and does give you anything less than his absolute best. He is and will be my go to person for printing from here on. Thank you James for always coming through and doing an excellent job!!!

I recently moved to CC neighborhood. My 2 experiences at this UPS store have been excellent: several ladies on the staff were so helpful, friendly and efficient! The services I required were a bit complicated but they were knowledgeable and reassuring in achieving successful completion! I will depend on this store for many reasons! Thank you!

This location is a win on many levels. First - it is super convenient to Circle C and other nearby neighborhoods. Second - it was well staffed when I visited there during the prime holiday shipping season; they were serving 4 customers at a time. Third - the staff (including manager Austin) are all very friendly and helpful. Great experience and great addition to CCR.

This store is the best! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The owner even re-opened the door when he was closing it for the day so that my passport application would make it, Heather and Kirsten are also helpful anytime. I recommend this store.

I had a great experience at the new UPS location! Avery went above and beyond to assist us when we walked in. She provided the attention and assistance we needed to notarize a few important documents. I am truly impressed with this UPS spot and highly recommend it.

Gotta say, I was worried when the previous business was sold to the UPS store. I was so used to the owner, the great customer service and friendliness. Didn’t know what to expect. Kept an open mind and the transition has been amazing. Even thru everything they were dealing with changing the business on the fly, new systems, organizing the inside etc. The service was very good, all the staff friendly, helpful and patient. I have still to learn names but so far they have all done an amazing job. Welcome to the neighborhood

This location was amazing! I had some last minute printing that I was handling for a bachelorette party, and this team made it happen. Not only did they get my saddle-bkund book printed, they also helped me make my own Taboo-like game cards, and they were so patient and helpful the entire time. Joey, Gabe, and Kirsten really provided an amazing customer experience. And they helped me pull off an amazing weekend of events!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the nice store employees during my Saturday visit. I was in a hurry but they were both welcoming and professional. Avery was the one that helped me directly to purchase stamps and listen to my mumbled ramblings about holiday cards. She was warm and engaging. I’ll definitely return since the team there was so helpful, pleasant, and courteous.

Joey and the team here were super helpful in helping me print out/create some things I needed quickly. They really went above and beyond for me (trying out multiple printers to find the best results), and I can't thank them enough!

This location is great for a variety of reasons, primarily the convenient location and ability to return Amazon packages, but also for the great customer service I have received each time I visit. Today Avery went above and beyond when I accidentally brought in a FedEx box, she still assisted in getting the shipping label applied and the box taped up ready to go. Definitely my go-to shipping spot.

The manager, Austin, is awesome! Super energetic and always willing to help. He introduced himself the day they were moving in and I decided to come back to get some documents notarized a few months later. He was super quick and helpful and with an awesome attitude. I would definitely come back and wish this place a lot of success

The owner for the previous store offered exceptional customer service and I was a bit skeptical when a UPS franchise moved in. The new staff also does an excellent job with service. Very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that they are open 7 days a week. Makes checking mail and receiving packages so much more convenient.

If you didn't already know, there is a new UPS store in Circle C. It's near the bike shop & Summer Moon off Escarpment near Mopac. No lines and the staff is lovely. I feel like y'all need to find something to ship just so you can go have a great experience. Go see Avery & Kirsten, they'll greet you with a warm smile and provide great service.

After letting the phone ring for at least 2-3 minutes at the William Cannon location (I assumed they were busy helping in store customers), I called the slaughter store, and Kristen was a ray of happiness. She cheerfully answered my questions (who thought shipping could be so painless). I arrived 15 mins before closing with 5 big boxes to ship and a carton of spectrum internet/TV routers and equipment. She had me squared away in no time. Super pleasant experience. Assuming my packages arrive safe and sound I'll be a total UPS store convert!

I am super glad we have this UPS store open in our community. The staffs there are so polite and friendly. I once stopped by and was trying to send an international package, they helped me check all the possible restrictions and regulations to make sure my package can be delivered properly. They tried their best to avoid any potential troubles for you. They were so patient and friendly! I would highly recommend this UPS store!

Great store that’s open on Sunday! Super convenient to SW area and very friendly service. Sometimes I also have pre labeled USPS packages and they will let me put them in their outgoing.
