Always a good experience shopping at HEB. Grocery store is well organized and easy to shop at. Self checkout kiosks are easy to use and save time.

I come to this HEB location often, and had to come in the midst of chaos during Thanksgiving Week for a few last minute items. I frantically was searching for Cardamom in the bulk section. Then was approached my an employee named Christian asking me if I needed assistance. The Cardamom was all empty and he informed me he’d go check to see if there was more in stock, and he brought up more of the item. I did not expect there to be such great customer service during such a frantic Holiday week, and wanted to take the time to say I appreciate him taking the time to be so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Good HEB that I sometimes frequent when going to one of the offices. As I only go there just after they open in the AM it is never crowded. Since they do not have HEB Go kiosks I wouldn't go during a busy time.

Clean, well priced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selections of ordinary and extraordinary foods. Organic, gluten free selections. Fresh meats and fish. HEB offers home delivery of groceries as well as for your prescriptions which comes in handy if you can't get out to the store. By the way, when I've ordered any kind of produce for delivery or curbside pickup, it is always perfect, so much so that me and my family have speculated that the shoppers have a secret area from which they choose all of it! I love HEB. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

**ADDED BENEFITS**. HEB has a wonderful seasonal department which changes with whatever holiday or season is coming up. The Skeleton Cowboy is one of my favorite Halloween items and I didn't purchase it in time!! Sold out in no time!!

Update - HEB always comes through in the end. Would have deleted this review because they fixed everything, but it is important to note that HEB responded locally, immediately. Old review (when it turns out they were redoing the store) follows:
"impossible to ship here, 90% of isles are blocked by stocking or giant HEB shopper carts (who seem to have the right of way) - not a time of day issue, this is constant. Further, the worst self check in the retail business."

HEB is a great store with friendly employees. I love utilizing the free pick-up. The app is user friendly and stops me from having to physically go into the store. They recently reorganized the store.

This H-E-B almost never lets me down when I need them. The floral department is lovely, the beer and wine selection is fabulous, the produce is great, and I love how large the meal simple selection is. I’ve ordered a cake from the bakery department with zero disappointments, and there are always fresh tortillas in the warmer.

The store is clean, there’s plenty of parking, the partners are helpful, and the restrooms are nice! I thoroughly enjoy making trips to this location.

Shout out to the bakery team at HEB Escarpment Village. My bday cake order was a mix up and the team went out fo their way to stop what they were doing and make a new cake on the spot. Amazing customer service and I’m one grateful mama!

This review is for the pharmacy department. I’ve had such bad experiences with other chain pharmacies, but my experience at HEB has been fantastic. They are always so nice & patient with me. It’s great to have pharmacy partners that actually care about your health & experience.

Amazing floral experience! My twin sister’s primary wedding florist never contacted her back during the whole week of Austin’s ice storm (1 day post storm too….), and we had no bouquet on her wedding day. Last minute we went to HEB. The nicest man with two different colored eyes one blue and one brown did us a huge favor and made a bouquet for her in two hours !!!! He was so respectful, kind, and willing to help us during a time of stress. Best service from the kindest man. Makes you really believe there’s good people out there. I will never forget his professionalism and kindness !!!! HEB has a special place in our hearts.

My family and I have been going to this HEB ever since they opened. We've had great experiences 99 percent of the time. This store offers greater options, variety and a more complete seafood and meat departments than most. Recently the store at the Y in Oak Hill moved to its new location right next to our neighborhood but we still prefer and go to the Escarpment Village location. Most of all, we love the people that work here. Always caring, helpful and efficient. Thank you all.

Bakery is superb here, lots of offerings that the nearby ones don't offer.

While this is not my go to heb only due to location, I wish it was closer so I could visit more often.

My family loves this store. They always have what we need in stock and the staff has always been VERY friendly. I’d like to thank one specific cashier in particular, I was there Friday(04/29/23) right before the bad storm was gonna hit. I’ve got 2 girls under the age of 5, we had been shopping and rushing to get back home before the storm, they were cranky and hungry. It had been a long day for us. Anywho….this cashier, Derrick G.(name on my receipt) really nice kid saw me struggling and came around from the register to help. He was more than patient with us and he also made sure I had someone walk out with me to help load my groceries. So thank you H‑E‑B for hiring the best employees for this location!

Went to HEB for vegetables and fruit and the variety is wonderful. These peaches which we have bought before are delicious and at $0.97 a pound not expensive at all.

Super HEB! Great location and nice cozy parking lot

Our local neighborhood, HEB - a lot less crowded now that two others have come up in the area, but this still is the best in terms of service and layout.

This HEB has items that we used to get at the old Oak Hill "Y" HEB, but they're not carrying at the new replacement store on 290. Haven't been able to get cat food at our HEB for awhile, so went to this one and they had it. Also found the sweet & sour relish we used to get, and a few other things. We might be switching to this HEB. It's nice, and friendly.

I live downtown yet drive out to this HEB for groceries. First, HEB is the best, so it’s my go-to grocery store. Second, this HEB is extra nice. It’s large, spacious and clean. The selection here is particularly good, with a lot of variety. It’s easy to navigate, once you get the lay of the land, and staff is friendly and helpful. I can always find what I’m looking for, and there’s a good selection of wines in the cooler for those that need to pick something up for that local get together. My favorite HEB in town -so far.
