Clean store guys are friendly and honest ! Helped with everything and gave a little knowledge .

Both my husband and I went into this AT&T store to upgrade our phones. The representative named Zachary was amazing, especially in these post-pandemic days of hard-to-find customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, & full of ideas re ways to sweeten our deal. We are delighted with our phones and promotions, and Zach is definitely the guy to see! We’ve never had such a great experience in this store. Bravo!

5 days later…We went back to get a lense protector for the snazzy camera on the14 Pro Max. We were greeted immediately. Had a short wait for Zach—less than 10 minutes—and were able to get the cover, Zach attached it, and we were out of there in less than 20 minutes total. Great customer service!

Drea was very helpful. First time I had a good time at the AT&T store. Half hour wait when we got here but no line now.

Great Store! The staff is amazing and the new manager Zach is awesome, he’s always willing to help with all of the questions and concerns that I have!

The store was short handed with only 2 employees. Employee Steven Mills did a great job of juggling customers and taking care of their needs. He should be commended.

I recently went into the AT&T Parkside store to get some help with an issue I was having with my phone. When I walked in I was greeted right away with a smile and Cameron was able to assist me fast and effectively to fix my problem. 5 stars all around!!!!!

Zachary was extremely helpful and courteous, was impressed with his patience and knowledge of cellphones and steaming devices, I’m very happy with my whole ordeal with him .

Joey Cavazos really went over and beyond with helping me with an issue where my phone was marked stolen / lost and was suspended for a couple days. It was frustrating as tech support wasn’t very productive and Joey made phone calls and helped me out majorly! This was an glitch / issue ATT created so I was nervous to miss out of work calls for the third day in a row and any time my phone / account became suspended every few hours, I personally text him and he would Unsuspended it on his end until the claim was filed and worked out and the fix became permanent. He was a huge help and I’ll go back to that store again just for the level of service from both guys working there.

Great customer service from Andrea. She helped us out with our new iPhone purchase and we couldn’t be more pleased. She’s got a great personality and was super helpful! Highly recommend this store!!

Krissy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our phone upgrade and data transfer. She accepted us into the store late in the afternoon because she wanted to provide superior service and meet our needs. We had considered going to the Apple Store but are so glad we came here. Will definitely recommend.

This is a recognition for excellent customer service. In all the Covid madness it’s refreshing when people so graciously go out of their way to make customers feel good about doing business with AT&T, and that’s exactly the experience I had from Luis Maldonado and Steven Mills. They’re both incredibly professional and very focused on giving the best possible service. I’d highly recommend these gentlemen for any services that AT&T provides! Wonderful customer service at this location. Cool, calm, spot-on-knowledgeable and straightforward. Sorry didn’t catch her name but honestly, all staff members today were helpful and working awesomely together. Great service is a reflection of great management and it all serves to make a customer happier about what they’ve purchased. So, thanks for all of it y’all!
