This place was fantastic. Salespeople are very helpful and know what they are talking about.
Good selection and got a great deal. Relieved to have a place that measures and helps you find the right size.

I shopped the Willow Grove store and as always was greeted warmly when I walked in. Nancy was friendly and helpful as usual. She helped me find what I needed and also gave me feedback on what fit well and what didn't. All of the store staff are wonderful and I will continue to shop this store exclusively.

Went to the Willow Grove store and Nancy was so helpful. She had me sized up and got me what I wanted and what is the thing I hate most….. clothes shopping she made so pleasurable.

Good variety of big men’s sizes. Terri was very helpful. Plenty of sizes from xl-7xl options so plenty of sizes for everyone. They also can order a size or style for you if not currently on display which is nice. Recommended for big men sizes in willow grove pa

I cannot stress how convenient it is to shop somewhere you are guaranteed good quality clothing and it's available. If you need to shop at DXL you already know the stress of in store shopping and the feeling of disappointment as you leave the store empty handed. I mistakenly looked elsewhere trying to save money but I ended up at DXL. The stores are always immaculate, clean and organized. Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and never pushy. The business model for DXL is phenomenal, they really care about the customer. Long story short I needed an outfit for my hard to shop 6'+ 300lb+ son. I was greeted with a smile, given suggestions and was back in my car almost before my headlights turned off in my car. Always always a great shopping experience. You get what you pay for, nothing is cheap, but the price is worth paying for the quality of clothing and service. The young lady that helped me was so nice and reassured me about the fit and length of my son's clothes. Great Store!!

Working with Nancy this morning was delightful! She helped me find the right shirt I was looking for and even a tie to match! Took measurements too! Very helpful and very grateful for her service. Will definitely be back again!

Nancy was amazing. Clearly knew her stuff, was friendly and respectful, offered great advice. The clothes here are top quality. Not cheap— but about what you'd pay for top quality clothes anywhere. Highly recommend.

I ordered my suit jacket on line and went to the store to pick it up. It did not fit properly, but the sales agent promptly ordered the correct size. I went back to the store to pick it up and it fit perfectly. I will shop there again.

First time checking this place out. Had a decent selection of clothes for both "Big and tall" and "Short and fat". I am the latter and have a tough time finding stuff for the shorter large crowd. Got a nice pair of pants and button down that were comfortable and not too outrageous (but certainly not cheap).
Best part of the trip though was the person who helped me. He was excellent. Had great suggestions for clothes that looked good on me and picked my size pretty accurately. Wish I could remember his name, but receipt says associate 98282 incase someone from corporate wants to heap some praise on an excellent employee.

I had a great experience. The associate Nancy was wonderful. She really made me feel welcomed. She greeted me right away, asked me my name, and offered to assist me. At the time I didn't need her help. When I couldn't find what I was looking for (lounge pants), I asked Nancy for help. She dropped what she was doing to assist me. She knew exactly where the merchandise was. They didn't have what I particularly wanted & she offered to search their website. I ended up not getting the lounge pants, but she found something else online that she sold me. I was only planning to buy 1 item since I had a coupon. Because of the service I was receiving, I ended up purchasing another item (robe). I was not expecting to spend almost $100 at that time, but when I come across an associate like Nancy I don't mind spending my money.

Stopped by DXL in Willow Grove, PA. I am not a shopper but needed to update my wardrobe for a wedding. I had visited a few department stores and was unsuccessful. Went to DXL and the associate was beyond phenomenal. My wife was shocked I actually took time to shop and try things on. I was pleasantly surprised on the experience that I had.

Overall excellent experience. Store manager Nancy has dedicated significant amount of time to find me what I needed. Professional customer service, polite and to the point.

The sales person was very pleasant and friendly. She was available and offered to help upon entering the store and during my stay. I would highly recommend.

Went there to get my boyfriend some new clothes for a trip. Fernando was absolutely amazing. He was so professional and informative. Clothing is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. It's hard to find sizes for big guys and they have it all there. Great job!

The store was clean and spacious. The customer service was excellent. The selection of clothing was impressive and the most important thing was I was able to get the sizes I needed for my son. Definitely will shop again soon.

Crystal is amazing she not only incouraged my DXL gentleman to step out of his comfort zone. But he looked like a new man in the end. We couldn't have been more happier with our experience.
