Philadelphia International Airport

No one wants to get stranded by a flight delay, but we had a lot of time in the airport and walked it from Terminals F to A and back (about 1.5 miles from end to end). Plenty of shops, restaurants, and artwork (including Lego Liberty Bell) to satisfy needs, appetites, and interests, and make the best of an unplanned, extended layover. The airport is clean and bright. We found a table in one of the food courts to pass the time playing cards. You may have to walk a ways to find your favorite fast food restaurant but chances are there's one there. If you have time to see more than security and your gate, this airport is nice.

It is pretty nice here. They have shops and restaurants all along it. Very easy to get through …better than Detroit. Everyone was very helpful and courteous all the way along my trip. The airport is real easy to get around. Could not find anywhere to change my phone so that was a down side. It was nicer in there than I expected.

Good airport. Happy they have a deluxe American Airlines lounge and it’s easy to navigate. I especially like that it tells you how long it should take to walk different distance in the airport. Helps you plan when you’re trying to catch a flight!

This is a large airport but the lounge like atmosphere as soon as you deplane is amazing. It makes you feel welcomed when you arrive and gets you relaxed before you take off. I want one I'm Chicago. ❤

Very smoothly run airport. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff.

I used the Parking Spot for off-site parking and took their shuttle into the departing terminal for my airline. Everything was running smoothly and the baggage check system worked quickly and efficiently. The staff at the airline check out were professional and helpful.

Almost all of the TSA employees were much friendlier than previous experiences going through TSA. The process was also quick and easy to navigate. The information was conveyed clearly as to what they needed and what I should be doing to go through the security checkpoint.

The signage for navigation throughout the terminal itself was clear. I was able to fill my empty water bottle once through the security checkpoint at a water filling station located by standard water fountains.

There are plenty of eateries, impulse item shops, and stores that sell travel related items that might be of use, if you forgot to bring anything for your trip.

My specific gate did not have any power outlets available for phone charging or any other mobile devices but the areas were clean and well run.

Massive airport, but actually a very good airport. You can do it all here and eat just about everything. USO and minute suites to rest in. Airport snack shops are expensive, so be prepared.

Easy transition to each terminal. Plenty of attendants positioned to assist you. Loved the QR code contactless concept at restaurants. And REALLY appreciated charging/eating tables at each terminal.

Philadelphia's international airport is very well located and very close to the city, which is great for everyone arriving in the city. the airport is very beautiful, clean, all the employees are extremely polite, friendly and always willing to help. there are many convenience stores, clothing stores, good restaurants, the bathrooms are clean, there is parking with fair and accessible prices, facial access for wheelchair users, the queues to pass the X-ray are a little long and long, but this is normal in all airports across the United States, so I advise you to always arrive 2 hours before check-in to avoid flight inconveniences, in general it is a very beautiful airport that has several art exhibitions and it is very worth visiting the Philadelphia airport . I highly recommend 10/10.

Very busy airport , big and sparsely located between terminals. Food vendors are available at every corners , very convenient for travellers. For first time traveller is quiet easy to find connecting flight with information of flight display everywhere.

The Airport was great ( American airlines), got there early and waited until the counter opened very organized and got through the TSA with no problem. I got a chance to sit down and enjoy the Admiral Club,and it was wonderful!!!

I have flown in and out of PHI a few times with no issues. I never had to go through security here though. There are several terminals so I usually have to take the shuttle between terminals. It's the end of July and the air conditioning works real well.

The employees there the cleaning crew was very helpful
I was looking for terminal B and where to go for car rental shuttles. This guy was so nice and helpful he practically walked me near that place. Thank you🙏🏻🤗

This Airport was 🤩😍. I loved how huge it is . Also it's 24 hours if any emergencies 🦺 happen. I love all the Stores that's located there . I Bought some Stuff from the gift shop. And the Hotel @Marriot is Located Right inside of the Airport. Definitely Comfortable Everyone! My Daughter & I enjoyed our 🧳 Travels

Nice and well maintained. Caution while paying for the cart! The cart vending machines accept dollar bills and returns change, but tricky at times and don't get refund or cart doesn't eject after paying so check with authorities around.
Easy to get in and exit. Cabs are easily available and accessible. The security staff are very helpful!

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the TSA. I didn’t expect a large airport to be this quick. It took me about 6 min to go through the security check in terminal B and C. In non Pre TSA, they have two lines going. One with a taking electronics out of the bar and other is keeping everything in the bag. I travel with 2 laptops and an iPad. It’s always convenient when I don’t have to take out my stuff.

There are many amazing arts through the airport that I really enjoyed. There were many pierces displayed by the local artists.

Haven't flown since covid but although there were a lot of people, the line moved at a fast pace. The workers were kind and helpful. Hoping for the same on our return flight.

A few dreary December days, but I love this city anyway.

Found a sweet little B&G -- Callahan's on South Street. Stop in if you're near the Naval Square.

PHL was a great looking airport, and there were great amenities/stores near you while chilling at the terminal. Overall, the airport is calm, clean, and cozy. The airport staff also had a great attitude.

Love the airport. Embodies much of the city's character with all the creative art installments as well. Easy to take the SEPTA airport line to and fro every terminal. TSA is always a little rough though - plan to spend about 20 (40 on busy days) minutes in line. Got quite a few food places and they're reasonably priced (street pricing afaik).

Well maintained airport. Plenty of parking area. Easy to access one terminal to another.
