Floral dept is Superb!!! I called and needed a wrist corsage in short notice for my son's dance that night and Colleen was so nice and was able to accommodate my needs within the time I needed it. She truly went above and beyond for me in a pinch and her arrangement was absolutely beautiful!! I shop here a lot and highly recommend this store and especially the floral dept!

Whether ordering online, and getting pickup or delivery, or shopping in-store, this store offers drive up pickup, a large parking lot, and a variety of items that take this Giant to an exceptional level. Whether you’re looking for fresh sushi rolls, prepared foods, floral items, a deli, alcohol, organic or non-organic produce, fish, poultry, meat, cheese, etc, this location offers a fantastic selection.

There’s items that are suitable for all dietary preferences, a bakery on-site, regular checkout, and self checkout. The store is centrally located, and has all staple pantry items, from frozen to dairy to organic to any items you’d get at a pharmacy, as this Giant has a pharmacy, nearly always staffed with at least two pharmacists.

Ordering online is seamless, and your owns will be loaded right into your vehicle, or delivered to you. This supermarket fills its giant shoes, and then some.

Nice store. I assume one of the largest Giants. Which means a nice assortment, food bar, ready to make meals, and an organic section. Hard working staff. Gotta give them credit. The associates keep that store going.

I only came for a few things for my charcuterie board. I ended up talking to the woman in the cheese department Louise. She was so friendly, so nice and knowledgeable about the array of cheeses. I taste tested a few and picked out a few plus then ha I didn’t even know I wanted. She was excellent! The best experience I’ve had at any grocery store by far.

Well stocked, clean with aisle workers always helpful. Cashiers are quick and friendly. The manager, a young fellow, is great!

after moving to a nearby apartment complex in 2020, giant willow grove became my main place to shop. it's actually surprisingly good.. i haven't ever had issues with meat being bad, there are usually decent sales going on...the GIANT mobile app is excellent; it allows you to stop via a portable scanner to expedite your checkout, and it collects points for each dollar shopped there that can be used for free items, grocery $, or for money off at GIANT gas (located across the street). i have saved upwards of $1.20 per gallon sometimes using those points.
their beer garden has a wide selection. i have found that Elizabeth who works over in the beer garden is very friendly.
unfortunately i have stayed clear of the sushi bar recently though because it seems to frequently have a grey color to it (especially the tuna)..

my favorite employee there (who's name i of course forgot atm) works in self checkout. i see her there almost everytime that I shop- she has brown hair... always friendly to talk to.. and goes out of her way to be quick and helpful. when she is working that self checkout line goes by really quick. i want to say her name is nancy but i'm probably wrong lol.. just want to give her credit 😊

This Giant is a big store with Chinese food, sushi, hot bar, salad bar and sandwiches etc... pretty much everything you need in a spacious bright clean store.

I really like this store because it's clean and easy to find what I'm looking for in the wide isles. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful.

We came for some beer, which could be difficult in Pennsylvania 😉

I have never seen the hand scanners for customers to use and scan their own order as they shop. It sounds like a great idea.

Really great selection of food. The produce selection is especially good. I was impressed with the exotic fruits because they actually looked pretty ripe but weren't going bad at all. The layout of the stores also really convenient for finding what you're looking for. The only minor downside that I can think of is that the self checkout is a little bit more complicated than some other stores. But even there the staff is very helpful.

They do an amazing job for grocery pick up.

This was the most AMAZING food store i have ever been in! They have a half of an aisle of just popsicles, frozen! The old style juice ones, the ones that come 50 or 100 in a box? They are freezing them, so the kids don't have to wait for them to freeze when they get home. And they replenish them! I remember when my kids were small and wanted them. They didn't want to wait! Also they have a beautiful flower section! Fruits and vegetables looked awesome too! Ok ok the reason i went into this Giant was because they had a Starbucks in there, and unfortunately im addicted. :/ But anyway i think that's awesome too! I wish the Giant near me was as nice... and had a Starbucks. Lol

4th Giant Review: Today is 9-5-2023 and I give 5 STARS to Sydney who helped me tremendously today at the original self-checkout booths (the small ones). I had so many goofy problems with it that she had to restart me on another checkout station. And I still had problems. Sydney helped me 4 different times, each for a different issue. She knew exactly what to do. She is so knowledgeable. Sydney is an asset to your company in Willow Grove PA. Thanks, Marianne - - - - - - - - - -
5 STARS for this 3rd review of Giant in Willow Grove. 9-27-2022. This is for Direct Pick-Up service. Great store & great employees. Believe me, they work hard in there. I was very satisfied with my first Pick-Up order. I waited one minute for service when I got there--they have a sophisticated mobile arrival system. The young lady who brought out my order, was very nice and courteous. There was a food substitution, which I couldn't accept because l ordered a Sugar-Free item and they gave me a regular Sugar substitution. No problem at all--she took the item and gave me a credit to my total bill. Top notch employees. I highly recommend. Mar

This review is for Giant Direct Delivery in Willow Grove PA 19090: Hi. I received my second Giant Direct Delivery order today 1-18-22. My very first order was about two weeks ago, 1-5-22. I live very close to Giant in Willow Grove, and I have always only shopped in the store. Well, because my sister and I got sick on Dec. 28 for ten days, I thought that I better order from Giant Direct Delivery. My delivery experience on both occasions was terrific. I am very pleased with their delivery service. The Direct Shoppers do a great job; I received all my original orders except for maybe two items. The produce selections chosen were superb--very big and fresh. Great email communications throughout the process. The best is that if you forget something, you can add items to your order, and Giant gives you a lot of time to do that. A friend told me that other stores do not give a lot of time to add items. They also email you a final invoice of what you are receiving and not receiving. The drivers on both occasions were courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend Giant Direct Delivery service. I was grateful to have it when we were ill. I especially am very pleased that when purchasing ANY gift card, they give you a separate activation receipt in addition to the regular cash register receipt. I am only interested in gluten-free tiles at most times! And this giant had exactly what I needed! Excellent choices in the gluten-free bread! Good job Giant! Keep up the good work and keep expanding your gluten-free options! We are on the rise us gluten-free people lol

Giant has better alcohol prices than any distributor around; however, you can't buy in bulk. Best place to go if you just need a light load. Make sure you have a license/ID

Their grocery pick up is very organized & efficient. The staff is friendly and usually don’t take too long to get your order loaded into your vehicle. Sure there is a small fee for this service, but for me it’s worth having the time instead of being in a long self check out line.
