Best Buy

I came in near closing to buy a blender. I already knew what I wanted. The staff was quick to assist me as I apologized for coming in so close to closing time. He assured me that there was no problem. He also checked me out and carried the very large box to my car. It was outstanding customer service!

Employees were very helpful. Not a lot of customers for a Sunday.

Just came for an order pick up an hour ago. The cashier was very friendly and fast. Another associate even offered to help me lift the tv stand I got. Very nice people I greatly appreciated the service.

I went there for a remote start installation which I bought online from best buy and it’s installation is included in the package,when I get there they said wait for 2 hours but they finished it before the time within 50 minutes and the guy explained to me everything very clearly and demonstrated it very nicely ,Now I can turn on my vehicle with a one click from my new remote or I can use my existing key by pressing 3 times in a raw or in a timely sequence.it’s very helpful in the cold weather season.Now I can keep my my car heated up for 15 minutes.this vehicle installation facility located behind the Best Buy in willow grove ,highly recommended.

I’ve always liked Best Buy. I give them props for keeping the brick and mortar stores, and still offering very good prices. I walked in, someone was there to help me immediately, and I walked out with the exact air conditioner I had looked up on line an hour before. Kudos.

In need of good electronics cheaper than Amazon's? Live in the Willow Grove area? Don't mind potentially leaving your house at 8AM on a Saturday? Then you should go to walmart- they have quality stuff at nice prices.

Kidding, kidding! Best Buy is a lovely store with lovely people and lovely, affordable devices. My mom's electronics work just fine so far- she's absolutely in love with her iphone56X. I recommend going to Best Buy, although there's always that one teeny tiny minor problem that has to happen at some point, like when my mom was placing her order, the employee couldn't get the system to work for a while.

Shout out to: the two guys who helped my mom find her stuff, even though she got an email saying her order was delayed!

With the initiative, support, and assistance of Ramir I was able to leave Best Buy with the printer I was looking for. Ramir was patient walking with me around the store in search of a printer that met my needs. I appreciate him taking the the time to assist me in researching one that best suited my interests. His kindness and honesty were also very much appreciated. I would hope to see Ramir in a management position as he was able to turn my frustrating and time consuming experience around. Thank you so much Ramir! Words can’t express the effort you put fourth today!

Wonderful staff. Starting with the guys at Geek Squad. They were friendly, informative and professional.

Random workers checked on us, but not in that annoying way where they try to encourage you to purchase something you had no intentions on buying.

Note: Even though GEEK SQUAD REQUIRES APPOINTMENTS. A walk in did get serviced very quickly on a Saturday at that. 👍

Note 2: Lol...I don't know why the store hours say Mon- Thurs 10:00 to 9:00 lololol....when Fri has the SAME HOURS 😂 oh well...fyi Mon-Fri 10am to 9pm

Person at the door greeted me and pointed me to exactly where I could find what I wanted. They didn't have the color I wanted. I was quickly approached by another associate to have the item shipped to me. Very quick and awesome service.

Very easy to purchase. Their delivery was great. Kept in contact the whole time. But item where directed. Very professional and nice. Had a small problem that Best Buy addressed immediately solving the issue. Very good customer service. Well done.

Updating as I wish I could give this place MORE stars. Didn't ask his name, but about an hour ago, not only did a member of the geek squad (white male with glasses & a couple tattoos) help me, but he was SO patient with the customer before me who was being arguementative & slightly difficult. Not even a single eye roll! I don't know if I would've been so patient!

The few times I've needed something electronic wise I've gone into this store & never a complaint. Staff is always super friendly & helpful, today there was literally one left of the 1 thing I needed & Terrell searched the entire store as it wasn't in it's regular place. & while he did show me a new, more expensive version of what I needed, there was absolutely no pressure to buy it, unlike other stores. Highly recommend for all your electronic needs.

Give place to buy electronics and related stuff from. We picked up some X box games here and got a good deal. Good variety. Helpful staff and efficient check out.

Niced sized location in Willow Grove, about 1 mile from the Willow Grove Mall. Employees are helpful and selection is pretty good. Most items are usually in stock and if not can be ordered and shipped directly to you. Clean and well maintained store. Employees make sure you know about store policies.

Over the last 2 days, Not only did we buy 2 sets of wireless headphones, we also bought a 65' tv. If you want to buy a TV all floor Dan, HE'S THE BEST!!!! He listens to wasn't your wants and needs are and doesn't try to over sell. Dan asked and helped us decide what was best for us. Everyone in the Willow Grove Best Buy are always so nice! It's the ONLY place our family goes for electronics!
