Red Wing - Willow Grove, PA

Always as great experience. Guys in the store are friendly and easy to work with. They ordered two pairs of shoes for me. Delivery to house was coordinated to arrive after our vacation.

At 56 years old and wearing a size 10 work shoe forever, I kinda of knew what I wanted when I walked in. The salesperson kindly got what I wanted and the shoes felt the same way as my current red wings. That's when the associate said maybe my feet moved around a bit and he recommended taking a trip across the sizer. I did so and I found out I should be wearing a size 9.5. The associate brought them out and they fit amazingly. I also purchased the inserts at an astonishing $64. These better be the best inserts since instant cake mix for that price. I haven't worn the shoes for work at this point because I have a 2-week long regimen of putting mink oil on the boots, even though I bought waterproof boots.

I was on my way to a friend's and saw this store was on the way, so I dropped in. The store was neatly organized, clean and very inviting. Greg, the gentleman who helped me, could not have been better - friendly, efficient, helpful, a true credit to the store. I even spoke with John, the manager, who was just as friendly and helpful. I felt like I had been shopping at the store for years with the treatment I received and left very happy.

Sales associates was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is my first purchase from Red Wing and definitely will be returning in large part to the phenomenal customer service.

They helped with picking the right boot for me, measure my size, and made sure the boots were the right fit, and comfortable.

I recently bought a pair a Red Wing boots. After wearing them for a single work day I noticed some discomfort in my toe areas. The boots turned out to be defective and the store exchanged them with no problem the next day for a new pair. Great service. This is why I buy Red Wing boots.

Great staff and very friendly, helped me pick the right boot and checked my foot size on electronic measuring pad. You know 100% your getting the correct fit that way. I always bought boots from malls or chain stores. When you buy from a mall your not getting the same service. very recommended to get your boots sized to your feet it makes the world of difference. And the staff at willow grove know what they are doing. Thanks

The staff here are friendly and willing to help you find the shoes/boots you need.  The safety ratings are easily displayed and if you're looking for a more comfortable insole, for most shoes/boots they do have insoles that you can purchase separately that conform to the foot a bit better.  Overall I'd recommend this location as the staff were attentive and more than willing to take the time to work with you.

Patrick was extremely patient and helpful. It's a good thing I went to the store because I was fitted properly for the boots I wanted. Had I ordered from online, I would have been a full size off. Looking forward to visiting again for my next pair.

Was quick and fast, i knew what i wanted. They looked me up in the system and got me my size without asking.

Have worn Red Wings for about 10 years and the store location in Bristol, PA closed so had to use this store location and the staff was kind and helpful. Though it would be nice if there was a larger selection of work boots on the shelves they were quick to order from stores with boots that were desired. Cannot imagine ever switching to another brand of work footwear, when you buy a pair of Redwings you become a customer for life. All other footwear is a distant runner up.

Posting for my husband. He has the worst luck when it comes to boots. No matter what he puts on something is always wrong. Went to Red Wing today and Juwan, red wing sales rep, was beyond helpful and very inciteful. He had my husband try on over 11 pairs of boots before my husband finally found a pair he felt comfortable enough in. If it wasn't for juwan, I think my husband would of lost his mind haha. Great store, great people and beyond helpful.

Had a problem with a pair of boots i purchased there 2 years ago. They were a little too big once broken in. Not sure if i was sold boots that were too big due to incorrect sizing at the store or through my own fault, but the salesman at the willow grove store worked with me for a solution for a replacement and I am very pleased. Highly recommended, excellent customer service

Salesman Tyler at Willow grove Red Wing is very attentive, reasonable, polite, and great person! He went out of his way to help me find my boots. He actually drove to the other store to pick up my boot for me!!! I highly recommend him as a salesman!!!!
