The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was the second time I have purchased a computer from Staples. They give excellent service. My technician, Ryan, took his time helping me select my new computer. He kept in mind what my needs were. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and I respected his opinion. Nick was also helpful in making sure I got the lowest price possible, including all the holiday sale prices and discounts, on my purchase.

I needed to urgently print some materials for a funeral. The woman who worked at the printing center on 12/18/23 was incredibly helpful and got these printed for us extremely quickly and with good quality. I am so appreciative of her kindness and speedy service in what was a very difficult situation for me.

My Experience with DJ on two separate occasions is the reason for my review. DJ, who leads the print team, has a gift for relating to and helping people in the most sincere ways. With my first interaction, she was able to help me prepare for a big presentation at work by being patient and helping guide me to make a decision where I had no idea. On the second occasion, she helped me print a large number of pictures by sizing, cutting, and ensuring they were all perfect. These pictures were of family and for family, and she was so sincere, genuine, and kind in every second of our interaction. Both interactions were the highlight of my day and even week. Those interactions helped me in so many way both personally and professionally. Her kindness is a blessing and a gift, and I just wanted to show my appreciation.

I came to staples for help printing a banner and purchasing promotional accessories for my business presentation. My representative DJ was really great at communication and interpersonal skills. She helped me every step of the way. The job was finished efficiently, and quality of work was really impressive. This location is very helpful. I notice a lot of teamwork and support among the staff that allows them to satisfy customers.

I went in today to get coots for a presentation I have . There was one lady working in the print department name DJ not only did she help me but help all 6 people with patients and excellent customer service. She definitely needs to be recognized. Don’t lose this employee!

I stopped to print a certificate, went to the printing department, and there I found the employee Ryan, very smart guy, quick and performs what is required sincerely and perfectly.
If I could rate him ten stars, I would do it.

I don’t normally post a review but I had to take the time to do so. I almost does everything based on reviews now. I have been to many staples and I must say this willow grove location the folks are excellent and values people time. I put an order in and most of the time before the day ends my order is done. I seems to always get Dj thanks for your great customer services.

Great experience with DJ at the Staples in Willow Grove, PA getting business cards and a banner made. Very competent, very knowledgeable, and patient while I made corrections. She was the same with everyone - doing it right, handling multiple people at once with calm. And everyone there was nice, and helpful

So very happy with Staples banner printing. I'm a graphic designer and Photoshop my photos to look their best and the equipment matches my color specs AND I can get projects same day.

Staples has a great website and products are always available on it if not in stores and they are delivered quickly and efficiently.

After trying different places went to Staples, Willow Grove to get my passport photo taken. The very efficient and friendly staff had it all sorted out in 10 mins. UPS had an unfriendly snarky lady & Walmart had no staff to either answer the photo center phone or man the counters.

Always easy to place orders and get them either shipped or to pick them up from a store. Their prices are generally comparable to Amazon, so I prefer to support the few brick and mortar stores that are still in operation.

Outstanding customer service!!

Five minutes before an impt meeting my camera died. I blamed it on Zoom, but it was the camera and not Zoom.
I needed a quick replacement before my next meeting.
I ran to this store that I've been using for over 20 years, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Charlie walked me through the store until he could find the cameras, and then made a suggestion as to which one was best to purchase. Then as I was walking to the cashier he took the time to tell me about Staples Connect, your new app, which had a coupon that saved me $10 off my purchase!

Then Cindy, the cashier, kindly took the time since no one was waiting, to link my membership account with this new app. Then she showed me all the helpful new features, like how I can save a coupon before it expires.

Thank goodness this store has remained open, and I'm very grateful for all the help I received!

My daughter is graduating HS and everyone in the neighborhood has their sons or daughter's yard signs on their yard except for me because the company they used closed for the season so I searched around and a coworker asked me if I had try Staples which I didnt know they do this kind of art work. So 9 hrs. after a visit to Staples, WALLLLA, I am happy. Excellent work and friendly people taking care of the customers; Staples is my "go to" next time I need something or anything. Thank You Staples!

I went to purchase a stand up desk riser. I left my wallet in my yoga bag at home. Arielle was so helpful, looking up my rewards membership, helping download the app so I could pay via PayPal and pick up curbside. She really went above and beyond to assist me and I am grateful!

Their staff is incredible. I was going thru the loss of a family member, and Delores in printing was so empathetic and considerate of my needs. I would have never been able to get thru that day without her. You are very lucky to have an employee like her

I had the pleasure of working with John, who filled our printer ink order over the phone. He had everything ready for me to pick up. He was extremely nice and very accommodating. It's excellent customer service like this that keeps our family coming back to Staples in Willow Grove. John is a true asset to this store!
