Chris was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed to make a decision. The store was very clean. We could see the pricing and information for each mattress, which made it easy to compare models. I highly recommend this store when looking to purchase a new mattress.

Steven was a great help today when I went shopping to buy a mattress for my mom. He was knowledgeable but not at all pushy. He was very kind to us through out the process and I think she got a great mattress for her new place. Would shop here again.

There were so many mattresses to choose from and I had no idea how to choose. Chris the salesman took me under his wing and together found the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable and so kind and courteous. I had a budget and Chris worked everything out to fit it. He was very patient with me. Yesterday, my husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Christopher Galan (store manager) learning about the best mattress for us. Chris spent two hours walking us through our needs, likes and dislikes, and various options in his store. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. It was great to see his passion for the products! And even though we were not ready to purchase something same day, he was very understanding without a hard pressure sale. We will definitely be back and will purchase from him in the future. I highly recommend the experience at mattress firm.

Great experience. My wife and came to the store on Halloween not realizing it closed early for Halloween. Regardless, Chris Galan, the store manager came to the door and welcomed us in. Chris was knowledgeable and informative without any pressure, he truly wants you to buy the best bed for yourself. An hour later we left very satisfied with our Tempurpedic purchase.
