I went to Gerhard’s for a new dishwasher because I like to support local businesses. I’m very glad I did. Robert was knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the products well and pointed out the differences among different models. Delivery was well organized and done within just a few days. The installer was also very good. Robert was very prompt in answering texts regarding the rebate process. I will definitely return to Gerhard’s for future purchases.

My husband and I purchased our new washing machine from Michael at Gerhard's online. I had a number of questions; he was ever so patient on chat with me. When it came to payment, he presented options for payment by phone or via a link. An amazingly convenient purchasing experience. Thank you sooo much! Fastest appliance purchase ever. Delivery next week. Yeah!

This was our first experience with Gerhard's Appliances and we met with our salesperson, James. Almond. James walked us through all the features of each of the appliances that we were interested in without any pressure to select one over the other. Since we knew that the President's sale was coming soon, we decided to hold off on our decision until then. Again James fully understood and even called us to let us know when the sales began. We returned, with a few additional questions on other models, but still purchased our original selection. James carefully worked up the new quote along with making sure we received all the possible rebates by purchasing several appliances. Overall it was a good experience and now awaiting delivery.

We did a major renovation and purchased all kitchen and laundry room appliances with Brian F as our point of contact at Gerhard’s. Because of the lengthy process of renovation and the details needed to successfully get a kitchen and laundry functional we had many verbal and email questions of Brian of which he consistently answered in a detailed and timely fashion. His product knowledge of all brands is supreme including information on rebates. He also had a solid relationship with the product rep if we had questions beyond his knowledge base. Once products were selected he finished strong with making sure delivery and installation was flawless. I would definitely recommend Brian F & Gerhard’s Doylestown for your appliance needs; they definitely are ready to serve!

Jason was very knowledgeable about the KitchenAid dishwasher and gave me a lot of good information. Thanks, Jason for all your help. I installed it myself and we are very pleased with the results.

I began my search for a kitchen suite of appliances using Gerhard's text feature. My salesman, Micheal was quick to reply, efficient and extremely helpful. We have not taken possession of the appliances yet-but my experience in purchasing them could not have been more effortless!

James Allmond was an amazing resource and did a fantastic job helping us to select the perfect appliance that met all of our needs. Went in with one brand in mind after checking website for in stock options. Jason was friendly and wonderful in giving honest feedback and showed me 3 other options at the same price (and even lower) that could be better options for our needs & was thorough in explaining each washers highlights and limitations for load sizes. It was great having a knowledgeable salesperson who knew all the products on the floor! Always hate the “emergency “ appliance run, but Jason had it scheduled for delivery in a couple days, explained all the warranties and options at delivery( in case of damage, but it arrived PERFECT) and I was on my way in less than an hour. Delivery was on time and quick and easy! The installer was polite, quick and knowledgeable about the appliance.

Purchased a Unitized Washer/Dryer from there Doylestown store.
Bob was a great sales rep. Knew what we wanted and showed us all options. He showed us the accessories we needed and set up a quick delivery date. Would definitely recommend.
There delivery app. is great. we knew exactly when they would arrive in the 4 hour window.
The delivery men, Ron and Anthony were careful and did a professional job.

Had to replace a washer /dryer and dealt with a kind , knowledgeable man from Gerhards who spent an inordinate amount of time going back and forth on the phone with me. I had to leave my loft apartment due to an awful flood and haven’t been able to return for more than a month while my apartment had to be gutted. Dealing long distance has been difficult but I had a competent salesperson, named James, who made a difficult situation much easier. Makes all the difference when you deal with knowledgeable people who clearly know their business and the products they represent.

I have purchased many appliances from Gerhard’s appliances and the sales as well as the service experience was always absolutely excellent. The selection as well as the knowledgeable sales representatives are extremely helpful. I would think of buying any appliance anywhere else.

I just have to say if you need appliances shop here first. While shopping online and researching different kitchen appliances I called Gerhard’s and inquired on some appliances that seemed hard to find. They came up with a great package of some higher end appliances (in the same line) that I thought we wouldn’t be able to afford and it even included my wife’s favorite replacement electric induction oven at a really lower price than listed. Erik Meyers was especially patient as we researched the models he suggested and reworked the numbers numerous times and made sure we got the current sale price along with all eligible rebates. After completing the sale and getting scheduled around the contractors schedule the next day our clothes dryer died of course !!! I reached out to Erik right away and he did some research for a large capacity electric dryer and again beat all competitors prices and got us the date we needed for delivery. Do yourself a favor before you make an appliance purchase give the Doylestown Gerhard’s a call you will thank me….and of course Erik and his awesome team!

We have been customers of Gerhard’s for approximately 10 years. We have always found their Sales associates and Customer Service Representatives to be extremely customer-centric. They listen to your needs and work with you to get the most appropriate appliances for your home. They do this with professionalism and pleasantness. What helps to facilitate this process is that Gerhard’s Sales associates clearly know their product base. We recently experienced this solid knowledge base and professionalism in Jason O’Dell in the Doylestown location. He assisted us in getting a washer which definitely met our household needs. He also was instrumental in getting a completely bungled delivery expedited. The only area in this company which definitely could utilize revamping is the Delivery area. Prior the most recent delivery we had experienced minor notification issues. However the last issue was huge including not notifying us the evening prior with a delivery time window; notifying us 10 minutes prior to the delivery; arriving at our home and leaving without delivering the washer; and leaving us a voicemail indicating that we had not answered the door although we saw them pull into our driveway and claiming that they had called us several times. The dispatcher Tony, who was rude, indicated that he had received photos of our 2 cars in the driveway to document that the truck had been there. I guess that he missed the point that such documentation would tend to show that we were home. Anyone who has not been able to use their washer for almost 3 weeks definitely would not be masochistic enough not to be there for that delivery. When the washer was delivered the next day, the 2 technicians did an effective and efficient setting up of the washer.

During the evening hours, I inquired with the online chat and received a response within minutes from Mike… A real person, not a bot! Mike asked the right questions and we spoke via telephone the next morning. Due to Mike’s work I purchased the appliance. Delivery took place today and the delivery crew was outstanding!!! From the start to delivery and installation, everything was smooth. Real people working hard to satisfy customers. I’m very happy with everything!

We recently purchased a microwave and found Jason to be a most knowledgeable and helpful sales associate. He was able to answer our questions and help with our selection. We also had their team deliver and install the unit. The installation team was very efficient and courteous. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend Gerhard’s.
