AT&T Store

Chelsea was amazing! This young lady ran the store like a pro. She is organized with her thoughts and knows what she is doing 100%! This girl was so friendly to everyone who came in the store it was the best customer service I have personally witnessed in a very long time. She has a strong work ethic and it shows! If this was my store she would be promoted! She deserves a bonus big time! We had a huge account with upgrades and such and spent the whole day with her and watched her work Miracles with many customers! She made me and my family so very happy! We now have a go to person for our cell phone needs and that is the best thing ever! Thank you Chelsea

RON is the most personable and considerate associate! Every time I come in I get his complete attention. Ron always goes the extra mile. Not only does he go above and beyond he is so engaging and makes the customer feel like hes their friend. What a gem you have in Ron!

Ron was the technical expert the day I was looking to upgrade. He greeted me at the door, he was welcoming and professional while dealing with me, as well as several other customers. He was there by himself and treated each person with the same friendly, respectful, polite, professional way he treated me. I’m so thankful for his knowledge, guiding me through my purchase. I’m very happy with my experience, Ron is certainly an asset for AT&T, I feel like I’ve made a new friend who I can count on to advise me on the best phone and services for my needs. Chelsea, the representative at the store was AMAZING!!! She did an incredible job helping everyone in the store simultaneously. The store was extremely busy and she had no support staff, but she handled everyone quickly and professionally. She is a valuable asset to your company!

Looked for new i phones for our sons & Kenyatta was extremely helpful in picking out phones and setting up. We were not pressured into making any purchases and was extremely helpful explaining how we can save money on our plans . He also put the screen protectors on both our phones . We will definitely be going to this store in the future

Ron and Chief provided such excellent service today, I just had to stop and leave a review. They did a great job of going through every option with us, they were super informative and were more about helping us find the best option for us than just making a sale. My experience this evening at the Doylestown store was awesome. Jason was super friendly and patient. I had a little hiccup with my account but he got it all straight for me. He helped me set up my watch and was all around amazing. I was in and out in no time. I’d definitely handle business at this location again.

WARRINGTON LOCATION
I needed to go in to upgrade my phone, and I was not looking forward to it because not only had it been a stressful process in the past but now I had my 2 year old with me. The minute I walked in the door I was happily greeted and asked how I could be helped. I was upfront and said I didn’t know if I wanted to do the upgrade right then or just get an idea of my options because my son is a very active 2 year old who doesn’t like to sit still and was nearing nap time. While JOHN started to get my info and get the process quickly rolling making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, DREW politely asked if my son could have a balloon. Then he played with him and made him smile and laugh which brought me so much joy. As a mother of a toddler, I tend to dread bringing him out to run errands and after a short while he usually has a meltdown, especially considering it being nap time. KAMAU, proceeded to help me finish up and continued to interact with my son, while setting up my new phone and holding great conversation. I highly recommend this store, but especially these employees who made what I thought was going to be a stressful experience in to one of a happy toddler, good conversation and laughing. PARIS was also great to talk with and was so nice and patient as my son played everywhere. I feel as if every employee went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my needs were met with my service and updating my phone but also making me feel comfortable and relieving my anxiety of having a wild little man in a tidy store with expensive products everywhere. You never realize how simple kind gestures can truly make someone’s day. Thank you gentlemen!

I have been in this store for many years and received excellent care. Today we met Jason. Simply AMAZING. The BEST! His knowledge save me money and his kindness made it an enjoyable experience!

Jason was so very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I came in for new phones and he made sure to clean the area before we sat down and made sure we got everything we needed. He even made sure we saved money wherever possible without us even asking. Amazing experience overall!

I went to the store and I cannot say enough about PARIS. HE WAS so knowledgeable about all the phones I inquired about and he was so helpful and pleasant. I was really stressed and he helped me feel at ease.

My son was having some trouble with his phone so we came in to see if anyone could help.
