It was empty when I came in & the staff were cool, plus they had the game I came there for so they get a 5 star review from me 👍🏼

The men are very helpful and they know their stuff. They work with on certain items and very polite and nice I'll go again.

We had a major issue with a gift card we purchased. Michael the manager was fantastic. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and make a 14 year olds birthday that much better. Thank you Michael for your excellent customer service and resolving the issue in a timely manner. I will drive the extra 1/2 hour to shop at your store! Thanks again

They may not have everything in the store that they have online, but they tend to always have the latest games, controllers, and other accessories. The staff are always friendly and will answer any questions you may have. On top of they they know quite a lot about games and can strike up interesting conversations.

I traded in my Nintendo switch lite for a normal switch. A few hours later, I tried to transfer all of my data from animal crossing, and it wouldn't transfer. Thankfully, when I drove back to GameStop the two employees were able to help me with the process and restore all of my lost data. THANK YOU!

Friendly staff. Scored a PS5 after being told of restock taking place the next morning at their store. It was a cold wait in the parking lot. But getting it 2 days before Christmas was a big win. They handled the line well, and handed out tickets, so you knew whether you would be getting one or not.

I am a frequent shopper at the Doylestown Point GameStop. I have been going there for years; so, the staff know me and my family very well. I am always greeted by name and with a smile. I know I can trust both Samantha and Danielle to help guide me when choosing games, consoles, etc. They are also awesome about making suggestions when cool items are going to be coming out that they think my kids are going to like. Honestly, the staff members are all a great bunch of people. :-)

Need a bigger POP! selection. Also surprised more stuff is not on sale or clearance because the prices are a little higher than they should be; especially for the quality of the clothes. 5 starts to Ethan for being friendly, knowledgeable, and having great game recommendations!

I think R2D2 would be better as a goose instead of a semi-reliable droid. I firmly believe that C3PO has qualified for self checkout manager training. When Skywalker displayed massive courage Han Solo was like, "TGIF!"

5 stars to Ethan at Doylestown Game stop. He was pleasant on the phone and very helpful and knowledgeable in person unlike the store in Quakertown near the Giant. I will drive out of my way to go to Doylestown before ever going back to that Quakertown Store. That girl let us walk out of there only to call Doylestown and have Ethan help us as I drove 30 miles in the opposite direction. Thank you Ethan👍

I moved to the Doylestown area last year and since then I've been going to this GameStop. The staff is friendly, and they are knowledgeable with anything that has to do with gaming.
