Bought my Kia elsewhere but come here for service, even though I can get free service at the original Kia dealership I bought from. Their service department is phenomenal and streamlined. Jacqueline is always friendly and welcoming and communicates well with what will be covered during my appointment as well as the post appointment overview. Costs are clearly communicated from the start with no surprises. The wait time is reasonable and the waiting room is comfortable. Thank you for being the best!!

Drove onto the lot just to look around as our lease with Hyundai was ending in a month. I dread sitting at the dealership for hours and hours as it seems like you get nowhere. Our visit here was different. Our sales consultant Paul was quick and above all else personable. He made trading in our old vehicle for our new lease extremely easy and painless. Would 100% recommend working with Paul if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

My family and I came in last week just view a dream car of mine. We had no intentions of buying, but we met Bradley Doele and the owner and they were so generous and nice. The entire team helped take care of our 4 children from popping popcorn for them and giving them coloring books to keep them calm. It was such a smooth process and I'm so happy with our purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better sales team.

First of all, I would like to thank Gary, Joe, and Pete for a fantastic overall experience at Burlington Kia on Saturday. They all made sure my fiancé and I felt like we were welcome from the moment we walked into

My experience with Burlington Kia was AMAZING. Diana Christina was our person and she is EXCELLENT. Diana is very knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and friendly. We were there for 7 1/2 hours and Diana was there with us every step of the way. She answered all our questions and concerns and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed for our family. When we needed privacy to discuss things, she willingly gave us our space to do so and not one moment was she pushy or did she pressure us into anything. Diana spoke with us like we were family during the wait times of car appraisal, credit check, and bank approvals. There were several times we changed things and Diana went with the flow with such patience, understanding and professionalism.
The dealership was clean, bright, and very inviting. Everyone that works there is friendly and pleasant.

We 1st visited the Cherry Hill location. However, no one came outside to greet us. So we left after walking around for about 15 minutes.
We then decided to visit the Burlington location. After approximately 5-7 minutes, our future sales representative, Chris Agustin, came outside and greeted us.
Chris asked us about our purpose for visiting, and what our wants and need were in car shopping. He was not pushy, nor aggressive in conversing with us. In doing so, he made us comfortable and confident in deciding to conduct business with him and Kia of Burlington.
When all was done, I purchased my forever car with a huge discount and no money down...Best birthday gift ever!!

purchased my second vehicle this past weekend. upgraded to my mom car, 2023 Kia telluride. I could not be happier with the vehicle and the service I received from my sales associate Brian and the sales manager Dane. they treated me like family, gave great customer service, extremely friendly, and understanding. I had my 8 month old with me, who clearly doesn’t want to just sit in a dealership, they were so understanding, super quick and efficient to get me what I wanted, the price I wanted, and in and out the door. extremely happy with the overall process and service I received for my new vehicle! I will be back in the future as I was extremely happy with Burlington Kia and cannot say more good things about the staff!
