Patrick went above & beyond his duty to help me understand my choices in phones. I am on medication that makes it difficult to understand simple tasks. He was very special in how he helped me once I shared that fact. I am extremely appreciative.

Tushar promptly assisted me with the purchase of a fast charging cord for my iPhone 14 that I purchased at that VERIZON store earlier this year. I wanted a longer cord and he showed me a 10-ft cord and also assisted me by answering some questions. I found him to very helpful.

We bought new phones and iPads and Michael worked with us. He was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining all the options and helping us make some decisions. When the products came in, he went out of his way to get everything set up for us and help us choose accessories. He was extremely helpful and very kind and patient with us - a very pleasant experience!

We upgraded our phones today and we were inside this business for quite a long time however was able to witness the professional, courteous and friendly employees working this shift. I watched Michael deal with an obnoxious, threatening and mean customer. He handled this person with such professionalism even though this man was really mad and very demeaning to him. During the time I was there, I watched Michael rise to this occasion; he helped one older woman who didn't understand her new purchase and he covered the floor (as they were short-handed). It was busy but Micheal managed to take care of the other customers (and there were several) while Jay dealt with a long, difficult transaction with our phones. He was extremely kind, patient and very knowledgeable; we are both not technically savvy but Jay handled everything so nicely. Both of these gentleman should get a bonus as they handled a busy Sunday with ease and calmness. I recommend this Verizon to anyone in my area; it's a great place for business and great help!

I had such a nice experience with Mit at this Verizon store and can't recommend them enough!! We had a small mixup with something that changed unexpected when we were switching our cell plans and Mit was all over it and made sure things were fixed and satisfactory. I was almost shocked at how well everything was handled. Highly recommend (especially since I had a horrible experience at another local Verizon store... it matters which store you go to!)

The entire team here is excellent! I especially want to give my highest rating to Mit Patel. Not only does he know all the technical aspects of the phones, but he also understands the best discounts and plan benefits that Verizon offers. He went above and beyond to help me, my wife, and my 93 year old uncle buy new phones and transfer info from our old ones. I'm recommending this store to all my friends and relatives.

In the past it took a long time and I had problems transferring data from old to new phone. Doug was very efficient and fast and it was a pleasant experience
