Great selection and well stocked for all sizes. Sales racks were easy to find too.

Haven't shopped at this store in a few years. The closest store to where we live is about one hour away. Have been a customer of JC Penny's since 1980
My husband needed jeans was having a hard time finding ones he liked. We went to the store today he found jeans there
Store was clean and neat. We got very good service.

Had a return 12/21/2022 and Julia was professional and friendly. She was able to find my order and make the return smooth without delay. I llove this store but noticed with the short staff if get hectic and slow. So nice to work with Julia who is calm and proficient at her job and not a long wait.

We found what we was looking for. The cashier was very nice and helpful.

I went in to look at wallets. I am looking for something very specific. That includes a zipper, plus of course slots for the cards. The designs they have here do include a couple that have a zipper in the billfold section, which I might have to settle for. The wallet I currently have is older and it was from a specialty shop, not a chain, so I may not actually find this exact design. I am going to look around some more before deciding on what to get. They had a pretty decent selection of men's wallets though so I definitely have to give them five stars for that. In addition, when I asked an employee, they knew exactly where to send me and how to get me there. They were friendly and not judgmental or in any other way negative. As for the judgmental part, what I mean is that I don't look like I belong in a JCPenney store. I am poor and I look poor. I have more than enough money to buy a $30 or $40 wallet though. I'm just not what you would expect to see in a store that expensive. I am more of a Walmart, Goodwill, Target, other thrift store kind of guy. Anyway, if you have the money, they have the stuff you need. :-)

Visited the Photography Studio today for holiday scenes. The staff of two were working great together. Had a good number of families going through the process. Only a few minute delay which is ok. Fun time getting the photos. Easy process afterwards designing our album, Christmas card and digital album. Third year in a row with good results.

I had a stopper great experience. I was nervous as heck even ordering my ring but the man at the counter Joe a 20year employee made me feel so much better and he was very thorough on what I needed. I was happy with everything

I visited the salon and I had my hair colored, cut and styled by Debbie. She did an awesome job! She also, styled my daughter's hair for prom with half up and cute curls on each side.

Return pajama shorts too small. Bought 1 size larger. Easy Town store remodeled and very nice shopping experience.

I needed makeup and cut and dye. Shelby worked with me and was so nice. She made my shopping experience a awesome place to be. My stylist Reese was very nice and did a great job on my hair.I plan on doing all my hair and makeup at JCPenny forever. Kudos on hiring awesome employees

Awesome Penney's. There is usually some hidden gems in their clearance section. And their clearance section is awesome. $30 button-ups for $4-$7 sometimes. Rest of their selection is up to par with the other department stores, but usually the price is better at Penney's. The associates at the counter are also great. The older women that assisted me had a smile, and was cheerful. Great experience. Love this place!

Salon did a great job on my sister's hair it was severely dried out and to long.

A great clothing store chain! They have clothing available for everyone here. Aside clothing they sell household goods and bedding too. They have 2 whole floors of goods layed out in a nice organized matter. I have been getting things here since the late 90s. I like to go when they have sales. They have good bargains here!

I was able to get a nice quilted shirt that I wanted for my nephew. And I even purchased it at a very reasonable price, too. I was quite happy! And my nephew loves the shirt!

Went in to get a Xmas gift for my wife. They were more than helpful and I was able to get what I needed and they even gave the sale price that was going on in the coming week. Shipping to my home for free as well.

JC Penney always has good deals. Unlike ordering online, you can try things on to make sure they fit. This location was fixing an escalator when I visited.
