Kohl's

Shopping at Kohl's for the first time in a few years proved to be one of the best retail experiences I've had in a very long time. All of the staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The products are high quality and they're displayed like a high end boutique on a larger scale. My wife an I will be shopping there on a regular basis.

Exceptional customer service by Bob helping with a return from yesterday to receive 40% off I received online today for one day only. He helped to make this happen and was so kind.

I had quite of few things in my cart. I didn’t want to use the self check, because of all the things I had. A lady named Sandy approached me and said she would help me checkout. She was so nice and friendly and went way above and beyond to help me. Even took time to wrap some individual things so they would be protected in the bad. Can’t say enough how great Sandy was. A big shout out to her.

I live in Fort Atkinson but travel to the Madison East Town Mall location just so that I can have Amber help me. She is amazing and knows exactly what will work for me. I love that she asks me all the right questions and I've never regretted a single purchase made at that store! What a gem!

I have a concert coming up and needed to do some shopping. I was definitely not disappointed when I walked in and noticed pretty much the whole Women's section was on sale!!! I spent a few hours in the store trying on several different types of clothing and liked a lot of what I tried on. I walked out with a brand new outfit for my concert and can't wait to go back and do more shopping!!

I really try never to go to kohls because it's totally overstimulating for me. But I wanted to take a minute to say that Kira was so kind to me at checkout. A delightful friendly face at the end of a long day! (As was the helpful young lady at Sephora). Thanks for your kindness!

Kohl’s is always an amazing experience. The staff is well trained and checking out is a breeze.

I have to say that I was very surprise at how my return got handle. I saw that the parking lot had a lot of cars but I took a chance that I would be out in half an hour. Wel I was out and in my car in 10 minutes. Yes ten minute on Black Friday. Rylee took care of my return and then me buying it back for the $15.00 on every $50.00. When everything was done I saved $30.00. Thank you again Rylee for the great service and the positive attitude.

The pet department was well stocked with a nice selection of supplies and the staff was very helpful. Shopping for a pet can be tricky and the staff was understanding.

Kohls East Madison has all your needs! The Associates, Bob and Mary, are very helpful and happy to do be.

Good selection available for hands on shopping. Good sale prices.

Associate/cashier Rylee was awesome! She has a wonderful smile and great customer service.
