Target

This store has everything you didn't know you needed. There is something in every aisle that calls the money out of your pocket if you are not careful. I love how spacious the store is. Love the layout. It makes browsing seamless. Love the cleaners of the store and crisp smell. Very inviting atmosphere, which can be dangerous, especially if you are on a budget.

Good to see them staffed again. Friendly employees. Good selection. Clean store. Bathrooms were very clean also.

1st time I'm in a target . I hate to retail shop . But boy was I impressed by the store . Now so long as they don't jam any political views in my face I'll be back when I need to .

A Target is a Target, no matter the location.
Always go in for an item or two, always walk out with 2 or more bags full. Good deals, usually friendly staff, has a food area, with cold goods and such, and a Starbucks and concessions area in the front.

I love Target! One of my all time favorite stores of which I get rewards, use the app to order pickup or delivery items, or even just to check availability in stores. Unlike other supermarket type stores, Target has not let me down when the app shows that they have a specific product on hand. I do wish Target carried a wider selection of groceries but that is okay.

Great store, and Target has one of the best order/pickup processes of any store I've tried. The pickup process is super quick and pleasant and reliable. When other stores fail me (like not fulfilling an item I need), I usually send in an order and swing by to pick it up at Target because there I'll get what I ask for (almost always, if it's on the website). During the pandemic, it's become my go-to store.

This Target always has friendly and helpful employees when I'm shopping. Many of them are very sweet to my kids and I really appreciate that! It's always neat and clean as well.

The convenience of on-line ordering with pick up in the parking lot of Target can't be beat. Their service is outstanding, the quality of their products top notch. All at amazingly low prices!

Always a good experience shopping at Target - great range of products, clean store, never seems crowded, rarely a wait to check out, wonderful customer service. What could be better. Way to go, TARGET !!

I am very happy to shop at Target to drive up for my groceries! My most recent experience last week the Target app wasn’t working to sign in to pick up my groceries. One of the employees recognized my car and me in the pick up area and said don’t worry I’ve got you and I will go get your order and bring it out. That is service above and beyond!

One of the things I don’t like is if I have to add to my order because I forget something I can’t pick up the added items the same time as the first order. Another thing I wish would be changed is the use of plastic bags with 1-2 items in each bag.

Cashier was very friendly. She actually made my day with how nice she was. I expected a kind of crabby person, since that seems to be a more normal experience nowadays. It doesn’t bother me if employees are a bit cranky - I always figure they are having a bad day, or are overworked and/or underpaid, but it was a pleasant surprise how nice she was.

The staff in the bike department were very friendly and helpful, whether it was on the phone or shopping at the store. Fernando was very patient with me finding stock and arranging assemble. JK helped me adjust the bike and exchange. It was a very pleasant shopping experience, although the bike had some issues and needed to be replaced.

I love target as I shop at the east side of Madison target all the time and love all the employees at checkout as they are all so nice and helpful and the store is always clean and well organized and stocked for all your needs. Thanks Target employees for making it such a great experience for me to shop here.

Target is great for one stop shopping. They have a lot of good sales and large variety of clearance items.

We are new to the area and have had wonderful customer service here! The team at the service desk have been polite and quick! They have also been super helpful with a couple of returns that we have had! When we needed a manager, he was quick and so kind! You guys have a great team up there! Keep up the good work!

This is a fantastic Target. The staff members are so helpful and knowledgeable. The displays are always organized and well put together, and the store always feels very clean. I love this Target!

Fast, easy and safe shopping.
This is the second time I have picked up from Target. The first time, I did not see that I needed to notify you when I was there and had to sit in my car until a nice employee noticed I had been there a while. (I thought my GPS would tell them I was there). This time, I didn't even have time to notify them that I was there, the employee saw by my GPS that I was there and was at my car before I could get my phone out. Great service.

Needed to quickly replace a broken cell phone, and all the area phone stores were "temporarily" closed. Went to Target electronics department. The young man who helped me was quick, knowledgable, and answered my tech ignorant questions patiently and politely. Was out of the store with a new activated phone in less than 30 minutes. This was a better customer experience than I've ever had in a phone store.

I went there because my eye glasses were bent and about to fall apart . The nice woman in the optical department fixed the bending and even cleaned the lenses off - and then didn’t charge me any thing. It took her awhile to fix the glasses too- it wasn’t a quick job.

It's rare that I would base an entire review simply off one person, but as I've mentioned plenty of times, one person can make or brake the impression of a business. That being said, Lily in electronics is absolutely wonderful; very helpful, answered all my questions, knew everything about specific items in that department, was patient with me even though I rushed in last minute with 10 minutes to closing time, and was friendly and welcoming. I would return to this specific Target store in the future for electronics, simply because of that.
