The service that we always receive at the 150/river highway UPS location is always phenomenal. We had labels already I fixed to the packages so the checkout process was smooth just gathered a received on our way. We appreciate your team being at that location and the services that they provide!

Greeted with a smile as soon as I hit the door! I’m a small business owner and I drop off at my local UPS store everyday. They NEVER greet me at the door and they certainly don’t even smile. This is what a top tier service experience looks like, even in a retail location. I don’t need a red carpet, just treat me like you appreciate my business and are happy I’m here. Great job to this store.

I absolutely love this Ups Store and specifically this location! I have completely stopped using the USPS even if they are cheaper than UPS!

UPS 9/10 times delivers my packages on time or before the expected date, AND they do it without damaging the package. No extra cost!

This specific location is amazing! They take my Amazon returns with ease, are friendly and always have smiles on their faces!

There are others, but Ms. Ray remembers me each time I come in and strikes up a pleasant conversation with me!

This place feels full of people who enjoy what they do and work well together as a team!

I went in last week to mail my family some cards for Thanksgiving and had to leave a review after my experience. I'm not a review person. I never leave reviews, but I was so impressed by the level of customer service I received that I took the time to write this. I was assisted by a young man named Paul, an absolute sweetheart. He was so friendly and cared about ensuring everything was done right. You don't see that level of customer service anymore, and it took me by surprise. UPS is doing something right with their hiring because I couldn't have been happier. This was my first time at this UPS. I usually ship via FedEx, but I will be doing all my shipping from UPS from now on!

I visit 2 UPS locations in my area Cornelius and Mooresville.. I receive EXCELLENT customer service and GREAT delivery options! My package ALWAYS gets to the destination on a TIMELY matter and delivered with CARE!

I use this store for my business Shipping and the customer service is Exceptional. I have tried to use other stores closer to me but was never impressed. It all about the smiles on their faces even when tired and the genuine concern

The store is always busy, but they are well staffed. I’m always greeted and shown genuine concern for my needs. The prompt friendly service Is fabulous

Been visiting this location for a while now and it's definitely the best one hands down. While there are great employees throughout the store. Raynisha Caldwell has stood out without a doubt. She has a warm welcoming when first entering and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met.

I have come here twice in the last two weeks and they are just so friendly and I mean the whole staff has been. They take care of your question.

The store employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was quick and professional. The inventory of goods was of a helpful variety. All products were fair quality.

Was greeted very nicely as I walked in the door, got good curious and fast service. Paul explained everything very well and got me in and out of there very quickly.

Very friendly people working. I am handicapped and use a scooter to get around. My scooter gets caught on the entrance door ledge and they are very quick to help me get inside.

I stopped by this location the other day, near the end of business hours, to print out a couple copies of an important email. Christian assisted me right away and was so helpful. He was patient and resourceful in helping me connect to their Wi-Fi to successfully send my emails to print. He took the time to transfer to a word doc when the emails wouldn’t cooperate. All the while, being conversational and friendly. Even with the line nearing the door and the clock counting down to closing, he was focused and attentive. Absolutely outstanding service. Very thankful!

I was there twice to return to Amazon. Paul and the young gentleman outside helped me tremendously. They were patient, kind and we laughed a little. They work hard there, never showing if they are overwhelmed or not.

I had TONS of Amazon items to return the other day! Connor was was so polite, kind and helpful. He kept light conversation while completing the several transactions I had, which helped me not to feel bad about bringing so many things as one time! I would recommend getting in his line anytime you can!
