AT&T Store

I went in to switch from Verizon, and I got the absolute pleasure of getting to know Juan. He was very kind, very diligent, and made sure to keep my best interest in mind. He paid close attention to the large discount that I got (other employee didn’t intend on giving it to me) and made sure I was taken care of. He’s also just a pretty down to earth cool guy. The painful experience of switching from an old plan to a new one, with a new phone, was very much as graceful as it could possibly get thanks to Juan. Overall he deserves a 10/5 stars

I walked in and i was greeted and helped right away. I was able to get in and set up my new phone plan and walk out with the phone i wanted and with the price i wanted. I also had fun talking to the sales rep about one piece as well.

Customer service was ecstatic. Extremely friendly employees. Needed to do an upgrade. Highly recommend Juan as he was super helpful and informative on all plan details and deals.

Great experience. Everyone who worked there seemed happy and the whole place had a nice vibe. Mike J is hands down the nicest and so knowledgeable! We switched from Verizon and the process was insanely smooth with his help. Highly recommend this store!!

Chris was Excellent. He is store manager in our small town. We were going to change to another cell phone company.....but we were offered a better price and everything was done in the store by Chris...we did not have to do anything. ATT had gone up so far after 2 years .....but they have changed our monthly price down by only 100 dollars. ATT has never been bad but it had kept going up for 2 phones. We are pleased. We kept our same phones too. I recommend ATT

He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed, and he provided clear and concise explanations that helped me understand the technical aspects of my business line.

Kenneth is exceptional at his job! He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to demonstrate and explain products. He has made our new product purchases seamless. Kenneth provides excellent customer service!

The store manager was great, my family and I came in just to look around, he talked to us about different family plans and how the services were better than at&ts competitors which made us interested in switching. He paired us up with Elgin who helped set up all our phones and explained more about the family plan the store manager helped us decide on. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family. Very nice staff, also quick and knowledgeable

I never write reviews, but I do when I am WOW’d. No one likes dealing with things like their phone bills or insurance. But THIS experience was the exception! The fact that I just walked out of AT&T after swearing I would always be a Verizon user with a brand new iphone, case, screen protector (that was installed for me) and an Apple Watch on the way! It’s literally amazing, I’m paying less a month and the security of having this level of customer service in my neighborhood is a blessing. There’s a big difference between shark salesman and customer service that listens to your needs and let’s you know the options available to improve your situation. My salesman Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but the manager, Chris that helped finish the purchase was out of this world!!! I can’t remember the last time I spent this much money and was this happy about it! Thank-you for all your help, knowledge! Telling all my friends!

Michael was fantastic. We have been with Verizon for 10+ years and came in to just check it out. He took the time to get to know us and our needs and found that with me being a teacher I could get two new phones, trade in my old phones and get a better plan with insurance for the same price as Verizon. Terrific customer service! This guy should be managing a store!

Chris the manager of the MOORESEVILLE location was absolutely incredible!! I can’t begin to explain the frustration on switching. Chris was finished fixing our issues in minutes. After waiting for 2 hours and left with no service in another store. He was kind and considerate and mindful of our time.

I’ve been looking to upgrade my phone plan so I stopped by on my lunch break was greeted by Michael. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered my questions in a efficient manner so I could return to work quickly. I will go back to this store and ask for him every time.

Ed and Kenneth helped me switch back from Verizon and it was super fast and extremely easy. When I switched to Verizon it was a nightmare so I was expecting this to be a process but they basically did everything and I was in and out in 20 min. They clearly knew what they were doing, took care of everything for me, and saved me a bunch of money on top of it.

Paul was super helpful wth getting us switched from Verizon to AT&T. He was very patient and helpful to us! He helped us get a much better price. Our service is actually much better since we switched!

Greatest experience ever, Daniel helped me get through the set up process even tho it was my fault. He waited with me until I become an authorized user on my daughter account. I really do appreciate what u did for me. Thank you

The team on river highway did an outstanding job. Kandy & Ari truly showed great customer service & teamwork. I opened a new account with a lot of lines, and they worked tirelessly to make sure my experience was seamless. I would recommend this location to anyone because of those ladies. They are a class act & represent your brand well

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have in store as well as online..oh and the service was very prompt and timely...
