A super big thank u goes out to Eugene. It has been a long time since I shopped at Home Depot. The reason for this was because of the military discount that I could never get. You see, I spent 4 years of my life in the US Air Force, and because of that, I did not have a retired I.D. card. All I had was a driver's license that said veteran. It would really upset me that my driver's license was not good enough. So I went to their competitor and had no issues with getting a military discount. So I couldn't find what I was looking for at u know where so I went to Home Depot. I'm glad I did. Eugene set the record straight and told me that things changed and if I downloaded the app for Home Depot, I could finally qualify for the military discount. Home Depot take good care of my new friend Eugene because he has just got u a old customer to become a new customer.

Preshopped online for a washer & dryer set with Amazon, Best Buy & Samsung before coming to Home Depot. All asking prices & discounts were competitive & little difference between sellers. There was a short wait for a sales representative when I went into store. A couple was being attended to. Home Depot is not teeming with sales persons. Knowing what I wanted, transaction went quickly. Sales clerk was knowledgeable, friendly, competent, & helpful. Delivery &. Installation of set is confirmed for 2 October. Enjoyed the pleasant buying experience. Home Depot is already decorated and stocked for Halloween. Their in-store Halloween display is nice attracting a lot of attention.

As a woman, I really got hard time to find things and don’t know much which tools are good with my project. The staffs are good and try to help out. Not easy to buy things that belong to men. Plus,I don’t want to buy wrong items and return later. Too much time consumer. I always ask staffs to help me out.

Today Feb 19 2023, I was searching for the 24 pack of Coca Cola México glass bottles, found them here at: Home Depot, Live Oak location, they are hard to find, but finally bought two 24 pack cases at my favorite Home Depot stores had them, thanks again guys❗

Everything you want to find and then some. Good clearance on laminate, odds and ends.
Decent Customer service, and ability to compare prices on stocked items.

Doug “Adam” provided excellent customer service. He helped us problem solve when it came to our paint dilemma.

Most improved hardware store I've visited in South Texas. I went into this Home Depot 3 years ago. It was a disaster then, and I told myself I would never return. I was looking for a particular item so I decided to give this Home Depot another try. I was pleasantly surprised to see a neat and organized shelving system. The store was clean. What a turnaround! The workforce wanted to bend over backward to assist me with looking for an item. I would definitely go back.

I’ve been shopping at the Home Depot in the Forum for 20yrs and have never had a bad experience. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Even the online/phone customer service is great. Return and exchanges are easy. I’ve purchased items that required delivery and their 3rd party delivery service and drivers have been great as well.

Home Depot has always served me well. In or out of my city I live in. This one was on the go, and found exactly what I was looking for as well. And staff were exceptionally friendly, and store well stocked and clean.

Another of my favorite stores at the Forum. This Home Depot always has an excellent selection of plants.

When I'm lost and can't find the A/C Duct Mold Fogger I just keep walking and pretend to talk on my phone until I find it.

Have to say for Home Depot this was best location that I've been to. I practically live at home Depot. But the staff here are always friendly & I mean always. Very well stocked location as I'm a big Milwaukee tool fan. This location has stuff I don't even know they had..
