I was having such a bad morning and I went to this location after a different location messed up my drink (by accident) so I just went to buy myself a new one at a location I’m familiar with. When I walked in Shay immediately interacted with me instantly improving my morning. Not only did they make my drink perfectly but they made me feel 100% better by the time I was leaving the location is clean, Everybody is kind, and I just wanted to take a moment to write a review to let other people know that the Starbucks on Pat booker road in Live Oak is a great location to go to to get your drink made right and to have friendly and fast service. Thank you Shay! You da best. If you already didn’t have a job, I’d hire you to work for me you you have a great customer service skills.

This location is on my top 3 favorite Starbucks locations. My coffee ALWAYS comes out exactly the way as it should. Consistency is key! If you ever have an issue with your drink here, I would highly recommend having Kai, the Barista, make it. Overall, I am over happy customer. Keep up the great work baristas.

Shay has some of the most stellar people skills I have ever encountered at pretty much any establishment. Professional, witty, and quite charming, I’m sure management knows how much of an asset he is to the company. I currently live in Dallas , but whenever we come back down to San Antonio, we are going to stop at this location for sure.

Additionally, being that I am a swingshift/graveyard kind of guy, it can be frustrating when most Starbucks are closing up early in the evening, having me to resort to inferior gas station coffee, This particular one is open until 11 PM which is extremely convenient for nocturnal folks such as myself. …

It's Starbucks. Nice location for me about a mile and a half from the pad. Plenty of seating. Cushy chairs and bar stools and tables. Today was a quiet day, which means minimal waiting for your beverage. Plenty of outdoor seating.
Very nice employees. I love reading at this location. My new(old) fave is doppio espresso!!
I've been coming here for a while now, the entire staff is very friendly. The managers Keli and Jess are great! All of the people that work here are some of the nicest people. It's like a family atmosphere here for me. I feel like I'm at home here and everyone that works here are part of my family.
I enjoy coming here and reading. I get some great ideas for stories just experiencing people here. :-)

It was my boyfriend’s birthday but he doesn’t have the app that gives the free drink offer. Maeve gave us the free drink and even wrote happy birthday on the cup! They were super nice and personable! Maeve is the best!

Not my usual Starbucks and yet was greeted with smiles and happy hello's and welcome. Coffees took a bit of time to get made even though they weren't busy. Would visit again.

Didn't order food but only gives you options for that. Coffee was great, super long line but worth it for when you just don't feel like getting out of the truck.

How are people going to complain about the long line??? Uh hello there is thousands of us around here.. everyone wants coffee too not just you. Plus each customer has at least more than one item to make... Be patient or go to the 7/11. Impatient ants!

This Starbucks is always packed, but they move the line quickly and I've never had a bad drink from here. The baristas are always friendly, and Richie always puts a smile on my face with his positive attitude!

We ordered from here and the service was great. We actually ordered via UberEats, but our order had everything correct and they even took the time to write a little joke on one of our Frappuccinos!

One of Starbucks location that I like to chill at. Not just good coffee but surrounded with smart ppl who love to talk about businesses and etc.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The drinks are consistent and the staff is really cool!!!

12/17/22 We sat inside and were told there was a 20 min wait on espresso drinks. We weren’t in a rush. But we sat and watched so many people be ugly to the baristas over the wait, who were told both on the app and at the registers! Huge shout to today’s crew for handling the crowds and keeping things organized. Maritza and Miguel were wonderful!

Very busy location. But even so, the wait wasn't long, and the staff was warm and welcoming

This is the only location I know if that stays open until 11 pm. It’s great to be able to go for my favorite beverage with time. Wonderful customer service and my drinks always taste great!

Stayed at a nearby budget hotel that didn’t have coffee makers in the room. Was glad to see this Starbucks close by. Used this location both mornings of August 6-7,2022. Friendly staff and short lines that moved quickly. Coffee was hot, fresh and delicious. The egg white wrap was a perfect breakfast on the go. Highly recommend this location.

This place is absolutely amazing the customer service is the best ms Alyssa is amazing with her customers always has a smile on her face and always there to greet you. This staff is very fast in getting your orders done and quality is perfect!! They definitely work hard and as a great TEAM!!
