I've been feeling off lately. So I came into GNC to check it out, and see what they can help with. Mike was very helpful, and talked me through different options. I went with the option he said he takes. He answered any questions I had and definitely explained the product I was purchasing. I did look at the reviews before entering and saw some negative ones, but we all know Karen's can just leave bad reviews when it doesn't go their way. I went inn and Mike was already on top of everything. Appreciate it Mike!

Went in to pick up an order and witnessed Jesse provide superb service to myself and another customer!

Jessie Martinez was amazing at customer service. He gave great advice on my products and explanations on which product works better for me. He does an amazing job!

My husband and I went yesterday looking to buy some Ghost Energy cans, as we were paying Jesse asked us about the types of products we like and recommend us to try C4 cans, we got two and went home. My husband loved it so much he went back for more! Jesse was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products you carry teaching about how caffeine effects the body. We also noticed he's bilingual as he was helping a family before us which is a great aspect of customer service being able to communicate with everyone.

Michael and Jason really know their stuff. My Husband and I always leave there with extra product that we didn't initially hadn't planned on buying 😊
But always products that we are glad that we did purchase.
Always money well spent when dealing with these guys.They haven't steered us wrong yet.

Jason had really good customer service & helped with all the questions i had. Really humble & outgoing, although i have a gnc like 4minutes away I will be going all the way over there instead!!! Give him a raise please lol :)

Knowledgeable and friendly staff working the counter. Knew exactly what I was talking about when I asked for a particular product and told me where to buy other items they no longer carry. I do like the fact that they carry the quest bars and the protein shakes that I like. It's not the usual one I go to because it's about a 20 minute drive from my house but I would prefer this one over the one near me because the person running the counter is not very knowledgeable nor helpful when looking for particular items such as GU endurance gels etc.

Jason was a big help, great attitude even close to closing time and great salesman, very knowledgeable and great guy from what I can tell, give this man a raise or something along those lines!

Amazing customer service! I received assistance from a very knowledgeable representative with a very friendly demeanor. I will make it a point to return to this store for future purchases.
