Lydia helped my husband and I pick out the perfect living room set. She was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to questions and concerns. She was definitely a breath of fresh air when it came to narrowing down on our decisions. Very pleased and satisfied with her customer service skill set in what could’ve easily been an overwhelming experience. Such a great individual, personable, and down to earth gal. Will always go to her for furnishing my home.

It was great! The staff was excellent, they were professional, Kind, patient in showing me around the things I was interested in, and the sale was great. They were knowledgeable about items in store and on-line. Will definitely come shop here more often,,the items I saw were good quality and affordable. Okay- going to be very honest here. Ashley’s furniture in Selma location has never had the besttttttt customer service… at least in my experience. (Last time I was here was 2 years ago- it wasn’t Bad but it wasn’t great). However, today was much different.

Vincent was awesome! He was straightforward, had all the answers, honest, funny, and just overall a great guy! We got in, looked around, didn’t have that OVERLY hovering vibes, but just enough to where we didn’t have to SEARCH for someone to answer questions. Anyways- we also left to go look at another nearby furniture store and came back- got what we needed and more! Vincent gave us some friendly tips and advice, etc. boom. Out the door. Easy-breezy- beautiful. Thanks Vincent!!!

Ashley Furniture and Marcus Newton are amazing. The staff was great. If you end up at store #202 in San Antonio on Pat Booker rd; ask for Marcus Newton. He was patient, engaging, intuitive and kind. He bent over backwards to help me. If management sees this; you should know, if, I was still working I would poach that employee. He is awesome!

I had a wonderful experience here with Chris! He was super helpful, understanding, and patient. He got me everything I needed without fuss and was knowledgeable about product. I will be back to buy from him again!

The couch and chair that I got are phenomenal. So comfortable and soft! And the shopping experience was great. Leigh really helped us out and was very communicative during the whole process to let me know when they were ready for delivery. Delivery happened within the scheduled window. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Kyle was great. Normally at Ashley’s we get pounced on and bombarded the minute we get in the store and Kyle slowly approached us. Normally we have no space to discuss options without being just hovered over. Kyle earned his sale with his knowledge and respect for me as a customer.

Our experience with Rudy and Juan were exceptional. No over the top coercion as far as us making decisions or specific purchases, they allowed us plenty of time to browse and make a couple choices free from being hassled or influenced. Honestly that’s all I ask when making a fairly large purchase, and once we decided what we liked, the assistance and process were handled with friendly professionalism. Highly recommend seeing them if you plan a visit.

Luis went above and beyond to help me find the perfect furniture I needed to fill my my vacant home after returning from a year overseas.

We love Ashley furniture. We have had our current bedroom furniture that we purchased from Ashley Furniture for 20 years and it is still in excellent condition!! We upgraded to a King Bed and Myra provided wonderful service to us today. She was kind and very attentive to what we needed

Marcos was great in walking through the showroom when needed. He helped us build the cart we needed. Vincent showed us the mattresses and was very knowledgeable in each mattress. They both made the shopping experience a great one!

MARCOS WAS THE BEST! I was in the store for at least thirty minutes before he came up to me, There is at least 4 or 5 other employees. That just walked by me and didn't even say hello. But Marcos was incredible. He was very friendly. He was extremely informative and polite

We had a excellent experience! Marcus was kind, respectful and professional. We told him what we were looking for he showed us the furniture and done deal. As easy as it can be. We will be coming back to Marcus.

Listen, I had two toddlers with me who were wound up… all the way up. We were walking chaos. Upon entering I told our sales associate I had about 15 minutes before one of them poops, cries, or breaks something. She got us approved for 0% financing, our purchase made, and our crazy train out the door in 15 minutes!! Phenomenal customer service, totally understanding, and I will absolutely be purchasing from here again!

Sergio Mascorro was very helpful and knew all of the information on everything on the furniture that I asked him about. In the end, his friendliness and professionalism made me come back to your store to make my purchases!

Your Salesman Vincent was excellent at his sales position. He explained several things about purchasing a high dollar mattress. He seems very knowledgeable about his product and had more than a few bullets to make the sale. I must say I am not an impulse buyer and definitely take my time with this type of buy, So yes he was great at what he does and all is good.

Being frugal as I am, I had a little moment of uncertainty. I will try the product for my 30 days . What I did not like was the no monies returned or balance dissolved with a possible return . It has to be in store purchase.

I am sure it will be a great investment.
