Purchased the Samsung cv7000 65 inch flat screen for $479.00 free delivery..also purchased a full motion wall mount. Very pleased as it went on my Best Buy card

Procrastinated until today to buy two TVs for our new apartment. We move in two days. A Best Buy store receptionist directed me where to go & assured someone would be there to help. It was Matthew. He was very knowledgeable of product line and made transaction easier since I knew before hand size & price range Matthew concealed his identity and personality wearing a mask because of allergies. Prefer seeing a person's face when negotiating any sale. Matthew is a valued employee, he didn't miss a chance to sell up - membership, warranties, type of wall faster, etc Citi Bank missed an opportunity to finance a possible note with them. Left store with $3000 less. it's 0930pm & Geek Squad has not confirmed tomorrow's installation. Notified at 0631am this morning of the appointment. A five hour window from 1100am - 0300pm.

Ok, so today I decided to cut the cord on satellite TV. I went to Best Buy set on purchasing a fire stick, but I wasn't for sure if it would be able to provide me with everything I was looking for. I spoke with a young Associate in TV/electronics who said he knew the ins and outs of the fire stick. This Young Man was named Sean. After he told me pretty much about the fire stick in layman's terms, I was comfortable with knowing it could do what I needed it to do. This Young Man showed patience in reassuring me that the fire stick was a great deal. I ended up purchasing two, Fire TV stick Max and Fire TV stick with Alexa voice.

Thanks to Sean, I feel great about cutting the cord on Satellite TV.

A perfect event? Everything worked the way they were supposed to! Ordered online for a store pickup. At arrival, clicked the "I'm here" option. Walked in. A guy saleted, pointing the counter. Young lady asked for an ID. Checked, smiled, and told me to go online and renew it! It's about to expire! Got my product and asked for my "trade-in". Which I was going to forget about. All checked, verified, and I was out in less than 5 minutes with everything and more accomplished! Need more events like this!

If you need help deciding on which TV to get or help with anything home entertainment go to this Best Buy. Out of all the times we have bought stuff from Best Buy we have never met someone as knowledgeable or shows a true passion for the stuff they are selling as Adam! He really knows his stuff and we would gladly drive 25+ minutes across the city just to have him help us again!

They did not have the phone I wanted in stock but they got it to me within a day. Great customer service and attentive staff without being overbearing. Overall, it was a great visit and my wife was extremely happy with her gift.

I take my pup everywhere with me and I know for a fact she's potty trained so no accidents. I thank best buy for being more than welcoming to us as we do a little TV shopping.

Store pick-up was fast and easy! I picked up my Samsung phone (S23) that i ordered yesterday online for my sons Birthday Thursday. No problems there for me. It really was ready yesterday (Same Day Pick-Up), but i was busy. Wasn't able to make it. So on that note... Thanks, Best Buy & Samsung... I really appreciate the good service.

Love this best buy, now thay i realized that when i build pcs i no longer have to order from newegg or go to altex for my PC parts i can get them shipped to best buy and they price match many big box stores is so awesome. I have built two computers with part ordered through them.

Eli was extremely helpful in the laptop area. He is a very knowledgeable associate and I definitely recommend him for your computer questions.

Mason was awesome! He helped us figure out what soundbar and subwoofer was right for our size living room. He demonstrated the difference between the two and took the time to explain pros and cons, even though it was towards the end of the day on Black Friday. You can tell that Mason is very knowledgeable and passionate about the equipment he works with.

Had purchased some smart bulbs, a while back and one of them has been misbehaving, but I also purchased the service plan and I had no problem whatsoever getting that exchanged and rectified it so thank you

What a great store. Excellent product selection, customer service is 2nd to none. The crew in the Geek Squad shop are amazing and work miracles fixing computers. Highly recommend this store.

I came here to get a few parts for of I built and man the prices were way bette them Office Depot!!! Office Depot was selling the same product for quite litterally.... 50 bucks more!!!! But I got a nice gpu for a great price! I got the rx 5600xt and it’s a amazing gpu! Highly recommend this place!
