The very best service I have ever had at any AT&T store anywhere! Joseph was knowledgeable, kind, and determined to figure out the problem with my phone. I would highly recommend going there and asking for him personally.

Aziz was super helpful today with the problems with my Samsung galaxy. I went to a different location and they were unhelpful. Aziz made the process quick and easy to resolve my issue.

Cannot say enough nice things about Roman on the ATT store staff at the Burnet Rd. location. He made my upgrade to a new phone effortless and assisted me with setting it up from my old trade in. He couldn't have been more courteous and helpful, even though I came in during the last hour the store was open for the day. Big thumbs up to this location and its amazing staff!

I had an AMAZING experience at this store. To be honest, I usually dREAD going in stores, but I was helped by Jose and he was amazing! He really helped me out and made me feel like he actually wanted to help me. He helped me get a new sim and work on lowering my bill so I could better afford it. He was so helpful! Highly recommend asking for Jose because he’s got your back. I was about to move to another carrier but because of his help, I’m staying!

Roman was extremely helpful! He was kind, patient and so knowledgeable, helping me get a wonderful deal on a new phone. As a business owner, I will definitely be back in the future for all of my cell phone needs.

I give my highest appreciation to Chris. I had a hard time getting a new line due to some complicated problems, but Chris kindly took his time and found the best solution out. If anyone needs mobile service, I would definitely recommend to meet Chris here.

I've been an AT&T customer for many, many years. This is the first time I've dropped into a branch that didn't have a kiosk for payment processing. That being said, I know other locations that offer a kiosks and that will not deter my decision from being an AT&T customer.

I broke my phone and went in to get a new one. I was fairly confused on the process of phones and was skeptical of a pure salesman with my lack of knowledge. Rose was super genuine and had my best interests in her mind. I felt like I could trust her and she was very knowledgeable on getting through some of the issues that came up. I appreciated her and the customer service she provided.

Absolutely incredible service! Cody & Marie went above & beyond. It’s so nice to have customer service you can trust in the neighborhood! Would use this AT&T again! Highly recommend!

Jonathan is the man! I was worried about changing plans and all of the costs but He got me the greatest deal on my new phone AND I got service on my iPad! He was also so fun to work with! Katelyn was also super friendly and well I just had a great experience! . I’m glad I chose at&t but even more that I chose that location!

This store was excellent! The service was fast and i wasn't in there for hours like i usually am at other stores. The staff was very friendly and i will defiantly go back for all my phone needs. These guys know what there doing. I would defiantly recommend this store to everyone!
