Good 👍 selection on just about any battery. If they don't have it, they can normally get it . Also allot of people do not know this but they also replace cell phone batteries. They are Samsung Authorized. I've always had a good experience with their employees, very knowledgeable. I hope this review will be helpful for your battery needs. 🔋

Just made another visit to this store and I was very pleased with the service I received . I needed service on my cell phone, and they fixed it ✅ in less than 30 minutes. Good people 👍.

Needed a no-hastle, uncomplicated battery change for my MacBook. They were able to take me as a walk-in, they had the correct battery (but would have been able to order it if they hadn't) and told me to come back in an hour. MacBook is working well; nothing lost after backing it up before handing it over to them for the battery change. Very grateful for the team at this location!

As someone who dabbles in electrical engineering and industrial batteries for a living, I must say TJ and his team are top notch… a trifecta of knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Truly radiating positivity, pun intended! Their X2 AGM automotive batteries (made by EnerSys and also sold under NorthStar and Odyssey names) can’t be beat.

This place was amazing highly recommend I came to get my iPhone XS screen replaced and it looks and feels amazing people here where very nice the price was great.

Online order was ready almost immediately, the best price around, and they installed it for me as soon as I got there. I recommend if you are looking for a 12v car battery.

Must go here if they have what you're looking for. Unfortunately I needed to get my hybrid car battery replaced and they did not have it in stock but Scott called around and made sure to find a different auto shop that does and asked them to hold it for me. I drove to Advanced Auto Parts to get the new battery and get it installed as they have that service for free but they refused to take responsibility for changing it for my hybrid car. I immediately called Scott and he was more than happy to help. Drove back down to this location and Scott got everything done in no time and saved my entire day from getting ruined.

Scott is the reason people like me will keep going back no matter what I need. Highly recommend this place and great customer service.

After years of not great experiences at this store; I had experienced a total 180 in customer service and professionalism. After 10 years of owning a smart phone, I cracked my first screen this past Thursday. I went to a different place first but was uncomfortable with the employees who kept asking me to unlock my phone and then would take it to the back and whisper to the technician. My husband mentionion Batteries + Bulbs also did screen replacements. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and fun. I do hope I don't ever crack my screen again, but I highly recommend Batteries + Bulbs if you find yourself in need of a screen replacement.

Lily from the Burnet location was amazing! She is a true professional with wonderful customer service. On Monday, 12/5, she replaced my car battery and went above and beyond assisting my husband and I, while multitasking. She’s definitely a valuable asset to the company.

I admit that I was a little skeptical about my iPhone screen being replaced because of how badly it was damaged and how much it might cost but these guys got the job done in about 45 minutes and now it looks good as new! Only costed me $120 after tax and that definitely beats the $200 I would have spent at the Apple store. Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service too! Would definitely recommend

I have a cell phone that won't charge. I really can't afford to send it off for a week (and have no phone) and I did not have 3 days to wait for the part with a dead phone. Someone told me about this place. There were several other customers in the store but I did not have to wait for service. One of the guys behind the counter greeted me immediately. They helped me find a universal lithium battery charger for now, ordered a fresh battery from their south location that I can pick up in a few hours without having to drive across town, AND gave me an important tip about what to consider with repairing the port. Not having a phone and rushing to figure it out before my lunch break was over could have easily been a bad experience if I had gone somewhere unhelpful. They made the situation so comfortable and effortless.

Overall, they were above and beyond helpful. Well-staffed. Friendly, fast service without feeling pressured to buy something I didn't need or to spend a certain amount of money in order to get good advice. Also, they stay open until 8 so I can actually make it over there after work, unlike most places that close between 4 and 6. I will definitely remember then and go to them first for any other battery or bulb needs I have in the future.

Excellent and HONEST service!!... I had an iPhone 7 that suddenly went completely dark. Would not charge, turn on, nothing. They said probably the charge port, maybe the battery. Busy day so it might take a few hours-no problem. Within 45 minutes I got a call that it was fixed - NO CHARGE! Turned out the charge port had just come loose inside the phone so they reconnected it. Very much appreciate the honesty. They could have just changed the port and taken my $80... I would have been none the wiser. I will always take my iPhone troubles to them. This is my second experience with this location. First time was a simple battery change that went very smoothly also. Another great thing - they are OPEN SUNDAYS - which is awesome when you're in a pinch. Keep up the great service guys!

I received excellent service. All my devices had their batteries quickly replaced. While I was there an elderly gentleman with a poorly functioning hearing aid came in and could not hear what his associate was telling him, regardless of how much he raised his voice. He very smartly grabbed some paper and wrote the information for the gentleman so he could read it instead. The man really appreciated it. It was a great solution. This associate handled it smoothly and showed no frustration.

Jason at Batteries Plus gave me OUTSTANDING service this morning while helping another employee take care of customers. I DID NOT buy anything, and there was never any pressure to make a purchase.....this guy was just concerned with SERVICE!!

I was convinced my iPhone SE 2020 had a bad charge port. I keep it in my front pocket, so I am used to cleaning out the lint, but this time I was SURE I got everything out, and the phone would not charge. Scheduled a repair appointment online, and took it in. I wanna thank Haskell since he double checked my shoddy work and turned out a $90.00 repair was not necessary. It was full of lint! Haskell cleaned it out thoroughly, and I was on my way. Honest folks, and Haskell was a solid dude. No charge. Thanks again Haskell, I'll definitely be back.

Visited this store today to replace batteries for my alarm system at home and was met with a smile by Jason G. He was very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and personable. I loved that he helped me get the best deal for my money too. It's pretty rare to find genuine and honest salespeople these days, so I'm thankful he was there to assist me with my purchase. I do plan on visiting again in the near future!

After trying Home Depot at
multiple sites, I tried this well-recommended store, and they had the bulbs I needed. Only had four instead of the six I wanted, but when I need more, I will order them now. The young man was very helpful. I’ve saved a panel of a box so I know what I need next time. Sooo many different types of bulbs now!

I'd always gone here for odd battery replacements for things like watches and thermometers and they always are so friendly and helpful. So when my iPhone stopped being able to charge (due to charger port issues) i was thrilled that they offered repair service and were the cheapest around (plus you save $10 if you make an appointment online). So i show up and he quickly looks at my phone and says "the port is really dirty" and he brushed out some lint and dirt. Less than a minute later he tested the phone and it was as good as new. No repair needed! And i wasnt charged a thing! This is why i like giving them repeat business.
