I just ran in to pickup an online order. This location is huge, seems much larger than the one my husband and I normally shop at. The store looked exceptionally clean. And very well organized. They have lots and lots of items to choose from also. The employees are really nice and extremely helpful. They all looked happy too. The store also has some awesome Halloween decorations, and Christmas decorations too. I really like this store!

I hadn't been in a while. The employee on the floor that I asked where something was, less than thrilled to help. But the store overall is great. Still a five-star.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from Harmon at this location on 2/5/24. My partner and I went to find a faucet to replace the existing one in our kitchen sink, which is quite an unenjoyable experience...or so I thought, until Harmon started to speak with us. He knew everything about which brands offered the best warranties, the details about the faucet models - this man knew everything there was to know. In addition, he told us about a clearance item in the back of the store that looked similar to one of the faucets we were looking at and brought it out for us. At a complete steal of $67 (originally almost $200), we walked out of the store as happy as clams with a faucet we loved, but even better, an above and beyond experience from Harmon!

I'd also like to mention that we were in Lowe's for quite a while...four different people offered us assistance and Erika at the checkout was over-the-top with kindness and offering us a cart for all of our items.

There are typically fewer things I dread than going into a home improvement store on a Monday night to buy something boring, like a faucet, but Harmon & team made me actually want to be there. So, big thanks!

Great experience today at Lowe’s- Shoalcreek… Art C in lighting probably saved me an hour in helping me locate bulb replacements for older kitchen light fixtures. He was knowledgeable & patient & friendly..
Hope mgm is aware of his customer service skills

Christmas trees are half the price of Papa Noel’s and a nice young man Greyson helped me tie the tree to my car. I’m not sure the tree would have made it in once piece without him! I hope his manager reads this.

We have had an unpleasant experience at Lowe’s before with customer service in the paint department but today was a totally different experience! Brian went out of his way to find all the items on our list for us! He even tracked us down after he found something we thought the store was out of. 5 stars for Brian!!!

A great and convenient place for shopping hardware and many other types of items in the northwestern part of Austin. Lots of parking and easily found from the nearby roads.

Lowe’s has such good customer service compared to Home Depot.

This Garden center has the best variety of plants available anything you could ever want for your garden aids also have great garden art fountains and animals

Spring is in the air and I am ready to spruce up my yards and have some fun. The garden center is fabulous 👌, loving it.

Came to get an idea of how much it was to set up blinds for the house. A young lady wearing a hijab was super helpful as she patiently wrote down estimates for materials and installation.

Always has a wide selection of what I need, neatly laid out with friendly staff. I use the app when I can’t locate something in store.

Shoal creek location is a great store..The new manager Ray, and Erik in hardware are awesome. Ray went out of his way on Saturday to personally take off an issue I had and Erik in hardware has always been very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Great customer service!

Found everything I needed, didn’t have to wait for things to be unlocked, and importantly I had a real live human cashier

Great store! Helpful people, which unfortunately is not true for most of retailers nowadays. They were in stock with the water pipe repair items I needed. Self-checkout was fast, I received my Veterans' discount, and they have Veterans' parking near the front of the store. I think I'm switching my frequent shopping from Home Depot to Lowe's.

I enjoy shopping at Lowe's. This particular time, I was unable to locate the product I was looking for, but it was still a great place to shop or browse. I found out later that the product I'm looking for is difficult to find and is more expensive than years ago. Great store to experience and shop.
