The technician, Jared, remembered my phone and issue when I returned from a month of travel. He had researched the situation while I was gone and was ready to go with the solution! Stumbled upon this place and walked in for a quote on replacing camera lense on both mine and my wife's phones. Service was straight up and friendly and cost was very reasonable. They had to order the lenses, but shipping only took three days and once in stock the repair time for both phones was under an hour. Very happy with the experience.

Fast and easy, explained everything he did to fix the problem. Will be coming back to this place if it anything else cracks! Will recommend to family and everyone!

I have used them several times for repairs of the years. Went in yesterday with an entirely dead iPhone 8 Plus. Quick turn around to tell me that sadly it is DEAD-Dead-dead and a repair that requires more specialization. Recommended another provider and was super great talking over the needs and my options!

These folks have been SO nice and helpful working with me and my outdated phones that I am always dropping and cracking the screens. They're quick. They allow dogs! Their prices are very fair, they're super nice and professional, and they've gone above and beyond for me, even rushing one phone screen tinkering when I was headed out of town! HIGHLY recommend!.

The battery on my motorola phone began to slowly explode. I went to a major "batteries something" place where they told me they didn't stock motorola batteries (perhaps the company is too small?). So i bought one on line and went back to the battery store. They offered to install it for $20 but soon said they didn't have the tools.
I found Smart Phone Repairz on line and took them my whining, phone, and battery.
For a pittance bench charge of $40 they installed the new battery in 30 min and didn't even charge me for the stripped screws that the "Batteries Minus" yo-yos messed up.

No nonsense service and support for phones. Totally honored the warranty in a repair and are FAST. Local and reasonable. Update : for my older phone they had to order the part. Called me as soon as it came in. The actual repair time turn around was quick.

Ran in there Yesterday and went in today. The service is pretty cool. Everyone i spoke to has been pretty laid back so far. Love the Same Day Guarantee. The gentleman were very polite and knowledgeable. I went to get a new screen and LCD repair on my grandson's IPhone 6 Plus. The wait time was fast. I recommend that you come here. Great customer service is hard to find...but not here!

Had to replace the LCD for my Nexus 6...they had to order the screen and it took 10 business days which is within the time frame they had stated. Actual repair took a little more than an hour. Happy with their service!

My lcd started growing a green cloud. I called them on Saturday at 1:30 they had to order the part for my old Note 3 (that i love).i drove it to them right away. They got the part and replaced it by 4pm. My phone is prefect. Great service!

I have had many of my phone screens replaced here over the years, the quality is next to amazing. They have way better prices then ubreakifix and they also have same day turn around, definitely a good place for a phone repair
