The UPS Store

This is the second time I've used this UPS store (02/11) I arrived minutes before closing only to meet With a gentleman that was happy and more than willing to help me out at the very last minute of his work day. thank-you

I’ve had the best experience here! I go often ish.. they make everything super easy and are always happy to help me figure things out. EVERYONE HERE IS SOOOOO KIND and they even interact with my 6 year old, which I also love. The little coloring station is genius. And again.. EVERYONE IS SO SWEET! Lol I just love coming to this store when I have to.

The gentleman came out to my car and carried my boxes in I was in and out of there within 5 minutes I was very satisfied.

I read a lot of reviews where people are just are just dragging the UPS store. I had a wonderful experience and I'm going to give them 5 stars. The sweet lady that was working the counter took 10 minutes to go over everything with the 2 ladies that were in front of me. It took me 3 seconds in-and-out but I got there after them lol. I thought they had wonderful customer service.

Kevin the store manager & Ryan an employee are very friendly and helpful people who work here. Happy to do business here. Only thing I don't care for is it cost $5 to ship a package to
the store to be picked up. Haven't seen that at any other UPS store on my travels. But the staff makes up for it.

I ship all of my art through this store. Always a good experience. Most importantly - my packages get where they need to go. I live an hour away from this location and actually cheated on them with a place closer, of the 5 times I didcheat, 3 packages were screwed up. I learned my lesson the hard way.
So, I dont view this service as something I take for granted. I appreciate this UPS Store's 100% for both me and the folks that buy my art. Worth the extra drive time, it's peace of mind knowing they will take care of my stuff.

Always quick and easy when it comes to returns. Everyone's always polite and helpful. Remember if you treat others with respect, you'll get it in return!
