We love Von Maur! I love all locations, but the Cedar Falls, Iowa location is my most visited & the absolute superb customer service is amazing! I ordered a different size while at the store Friday, received the order by Tuesday & a hand written note, Thank you!

Went in for some wine glasses and never expected to buy their top of the range Waterford, but our assistant was informative, professional and very helpful. The glasses are insane and I don't know if it was from reading other wine glass reviews, but I do think our wine tasted better in them. Great buying experience.

Found a cute dress for my daughter for school dance. Super reasonable.

My spouse loves Von Maur in Cedar Falls. It has every thing you are looking for in department store. This one of the last store of it's kind in the Cedar Valley. Nice clothing and shoes at reasonable prices. Please stop in and support this business so we can keep it in our community.

Von Maur was fine. Great service as usual. Locating it was time consuming. But worth it.

The round abouts or whatever were ridiculous. Need better signage. I know the construction was expensive....

All worked out. I did not stay in area for 2 reasons. My schedule today and the roads. There is a learning curve. I do intend to try it again.

We got a gorgeous prom dress for my daughter today. The employee's helped us pick between two and were very insightful. The woman working the jewelry counter was caring in helping to find nickle free earrings and a necklace due to my daughter's nickle allergy. The person helping with shoe's was quick and patient. It was an amazing experience and we'd love to come in again.

Always a pleasure shopping here for a wide variety of clothing shoes and gift ideas. Free gift wrapping is a plus! Salespeople are very helpful.

One of the last great Department Stores!

I love this store!! It is such a staple for shoe shopping, make up, and even outfits for my girls. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the no interest credit card makes it that much better. This store is always clean and organized, and the shoe sale room is a personal favorite spot.

Beverly. She is a class act, just like the store itself. I was the last one to leave last night, so she had to unlock the door to let me out a few minutes after closing. I thanked her and apologized for keeping her as I headed to my car - the only car - in an empty lot. Intentionally aware of my surroundings, I glanced back at the store and noticed Beverly watching me. I gave a little wave and wondered what she was doing when it hit me that she was waiting to make sure I made it safely to my car. I’ll tell you what - it turned my night around. She was “in the moment” and put my safety before herself and how badly she may have wanted to get home -
a rarity these days. That one small act of kindness and genuine concern (I never would have known she was watching over me if I hadn’t turned around) spoke volumes and warmed my heart. 💝

This is another of my go-to stores when I need a new outfit, shoes or jewelry. You can get some great sales here; you can find some great brands here, and you can get anything gift wrapped for free here! I also love the "shoe room" where all discounted women's shoes are placed. Some people don't know about this room.... It's behind the shoe counter and can be a gold mine of sale shoes! Service is usually pretty good too

Very nice upscale store.....you won't find many "bargains" here, but a great selection of high end brands. Warning to men, keep your girlfriend/wife significant other, away from the purse area. Great selection, according to my wife, but very spendy!!!

Always my go to store when looking for quality products and good service. One of the few stores that understands the customer loves their personal service, and will always return because they felt the store valued their business.

This place is Awesome! If you want great customer service and quality items, this is the place! Oh and they have the only interest free credit card in the US!
