After stopping at the Charles City location and a repair shop in CF & not getting much help I was mentally exhausted by the time I went into the CF location. Elliot made upgrading to my new phone so painless and easy it was greatly appreciated! Very kind and knowledgeable!

I recently went into this store to upgrade my phone. The service I got was excellent, and I was treated with the best care imaginable. I got everything taken care of that I needed to, and even had an enjoyable time conversing with John, the representative working. I'm so glad I came in today.

Employees - Wonderful. 10/10 recommend working with Clayton. He made me feel like a valued customer and happy answered all of my silly questions. There were some technical difficulties but he stayed calm and apologized for the entire thing. I had a great experience thanks to him!

Phone network - trash. They want an additional "$10 a month for top priority wifi. The typical network has a lot of congestion" Per a Verizon chat rep. Well the congestion isn't my fault and I don't get the 5g I pay for now living in the smack center of town.

I had the most pleasant experience with Bryan today! I was dreading going in to get a new phone because I've never had good luck with the process, but Bryan was extremely helpful and patient with me. 10/10 recommend these guys. I'll definitely be back!

I dealt with Dean, he answered every question I had and was very informative. Helped me along the set up process and offered to help if I came across any other issues in the future. Very knowledgeable of the products and accessories to help keep them in tip top shape. He made sure that I knew what I was getting and how to use it so that I could have a better understanding after switching from Apple to Samsung. The OS is totally different and he walked me through it all. Top notch service and will be returning indefinitely.
