Over the weekend I found myself in need of a new phone due to my dog getting their paws on mine and I cannot say enough good things about this US Cellular! I was immediately greeted by Stephanie when I walked in and she was so knowledgeable throughout the process of getting a new phone and made sure that I got a great deal - and I even walked out with a new iPad! On top of this, I believe his name was Nate, was incredibly friendly and I had a great time discussing our similar hobbies with him during the the time it took my phones to transfer. Upfront and honest experience with very helpful employees, which is not something you get most places anymore. I can't wait to bring my husband in to upgrade his phone next!

I had a great experience this afternoon at the US Cellular on University! Bri was so helpful and the environment with the others workers was great even at 5PM.

Made an appointment online and only had to wait less than 5 min after arriving at the store. Christian helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Nathan was top notch answering all my questions and getting me setup with my new iPhone.

Staff was professional and helpful. Service was easy and relatively fast considering I was upgrading 2 phones. Very friendly and accommodating staff
