I got an appointment with Kelsey right away she was very responsive and very flexible. When we arrived and the whole time we were there she was so personable as if we known each other forever. Told her what we wanted and she explained each mattress and was willing to work with me on pricing and my daughter is so excited for her new bed. Definitely recommend and will shop here again!!!!! We had a phenomenal experience purchasing our mattress from these gals!! Super responsive in scheduling an appt. Literally called me and met at the store in 15 min. Great selection and had a mattress bought in 10 min and at a great price. Highly recommend them if you like a fun low pressure experience and value your time!! Best of all we got to support an awesome small local business.

I had never heard of this local company but decided to try it out. I am SO glad I did!!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had! Katie was so amazing to work with. I had my appointment and knew what I wanted but we had to leave for a dinner reservation. She said she’d come back later that night if I wanted her to. Well I came home to talk with my husband and while he was unsure, I knew what I wanted. Katie kept in contact that night & the next morning. She wanted me to have this bed as much as I did! We talked through what I wanted and why I wanted it. She even took the time to ask me about our special dinner we had the night before 🥰 Katie went above & beyond to help me go through the process and the next day after the appointment I came home with a new bed & power frame! I even told my friends & family about it as I knew my dad was looking for a new bed too. My husband loves that it’s soft but firm. And now my son wants one just like it! Thank you so very much for the amazing and easy experience!! Top Notch!

Over a year ago we purchase a bed and frame from Mattress by Appointment.
Prior to the appointment: Phenomenal Communication, Accommodation and Service with Kelsey.
During the Appointment: Great quality, explanation of different bed and frames. We purchased a King bed with an adjustable frame. Cannot beat their pricing and service.
Over a year later: We tell everyone to come here! Even when we are gone for one night, we come home and say "oh we missed our bed". I enjoy going to bed every night.

I woke up this morning for the first time in a long time without pain! The appointment and buying experience was so easy and enjoyable. These awesome ladies know what they are doing! Super helpful and patient. Answered all my questions (I had alot) so I could make an informed decision. I love my new bed! And for you side sleepers, their side sleeping pillows are amazing as well!

Kelsey was very friendly from the second I talked to her on the phone. She greeted us at the store with a wonderful smile. She was very helpful helping me find what I was looking for. She was not pushy at all, gave us time to make our decision and worked with us to make the deal happen. I do recommend checking them out.

Where do I start. They were PERFECT! I haven't bought a bed in over 10 years within the first 3 minutes I had every option offered to me. VERY informational. They made buying a bed so easy.
