I always receive great service here. They stock many shoe color options and will order a specific color if they don’t happen to have it. They help keep the local running community engaged in many different ways. Thanks for being a positive pillar in the community

John was helpful with assisting me in finding appropriate shoes for pickleball and directing me to the right size. He provided options and made sure I was comfortable with the choice. Very professional as he was also working with other customers and was managing to provide assistance while also letting customers take time to decide about the purchase. A perfect salesperson in my opinion.

AMAZING customer service from both the owner and every staff member I've encountered on multiple visits. Kind, professional, knowledgeable... The store itself is always clean and well organized. Their involvement with local races is top notch as well. I rely on Amazon for a lot of things in my daily life, but now that I've found DRC they are my go-to for running gear. We have had very good experiences at Duluth Running Co. This time I had my kiddos with and the staff was great with them. There are even baskets of toys for kids to play with while parents are finding the right shoes!

Duluth running company is more than just a running store. They have always taken the time to answer all my questions and recommend options. They are active in the community and support many inclusive outdoor activities.

You don’t have to be a “runner” to enjoy this shop. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ll ask questions and check your gait to get you in the best shoes for your needs.

One day my husband comes home and announces to our family if anyone wanted or needed running shoes he was buying at Duluth Running Co. He was so excited about their great customer service that he wanted to support their business. This started me running almost a decade ago and has been our running outfitter ever since.

Brought my 7th grade daughter there to get outfitted for cross country. She is a competitive multi-sport athlete but just going out for CC this year and we had no idea what to look for. Both the employees were extremely helpful, informative and got us set up with shoes and enough information to get us through the season!

My day to day fitness and general activity running shoes needed to be replaced with something more focused on cushion related to joint care. I was in a bit of a time crunch, and with ease the Duluth Running staff asked insightful questions, customized shoe selection based upon my goals, assessed fit based upon how I actually walked in shoes, and ultimately gave me a focused set of options that were all winners...but, ultimately I bought the "Hoka Clifton 9" running shoes, that are super light and have unbelievable cushion. They have worked out fabulous. Many thanks to Andrea and Clint Agar, and the staff for such a remarkable store!

Today I went to Duluth Running to get new tennis shoes. The customer service was outstanding, I was helped immediately and I tried on 3 pairs of shoes and had questions with the fit and they knew what\how to select the shoe for me. I ended up buying the cloud Monster shoe. I Would definitely recommend Duluth Running to everyone!
