Warhammer

Wonderful store, have been going here for years. There was a recent change in management but the new manager is doing just fine. Some of the other reviews are referencing a rough time period when the old manager was about to depart, but the new manager hasn't had any issues with time management or availability. Always friendly and willing to help!

Figured this would be a good family activity for my two girls. Staff was extremely helpful in getting us started with a new box set and showing us the ropes, even letting my two girls set up and paint a model. Very happy to come back here if this takes off as a regular family activity.

Phenomenal store! Staff is very polite and the manager is incredibly helpful and informative. Would heartily recommend this store to any and everybody, especially if you are a new player getting into the hobby or just going to watch a few games. Definite 5-star review and if I could go higher then I gladly would!

You can call ahead to check and see if they have the certain models or kits you’re looking for if you feel like it, but honestly you’re missing out if you don’t intend to spend a couple of minutes in store looking. I started a couple of different armies over the course of the last year and I spend the extra bit of money over ordering on Amazon just to enjoy the displays and have my questions answered, sometimes there’s local games going on, there’s paint demos, and monthly models they put out. I’d say I enjoy this place more than reaper, without a doubt

I have to say i have played for many many years... I was down visiting family and visited the Grapevine store/cafe. I found out who the manager at this store and was absolutely amazed. I have known Don for many years, he was the manager of the store i went to in Virginia. He has recently returned to running a store and i am happy to hear he has. Don is an amazing painter, teacher, he is an enthusiast of the hobby and the games and is just one of the best at what he does. The store, and the local community is lucky to have him there.
When you visit say WAAAAAGHHHH!!!! to Don.

Great store with great service. Not a lot of places greet you with the warmth and cheerfulness that the current manager Moises brings every day. he makes the store a warm and inviting place to spend time collecting the hobby and meeting up with people for games.
Previous issues such as the smell where not due to the store but one of the neighbor store that had some pipes go bad. Everything is fixed now and i cant recommend this store enough to anyone in the hobbie.

This is a fantastic shop. Every time I am up in the Frisco area I make sure to stop by this shop. Moises is always extremely friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to meet your need. There always seems to be a lot going on when I come in, but he still makes sure the customers are taken care of. We need more people like Moises in the hobby.

Store is a bit small, but a good selection and great staff. The store is tucked away a bit, and parking is competing with several restaurants, so don't be discouraged by a bit of a walk. The staff here are very into their own products and are a great resource for learning more.

Moises, the manager is great and the regulars are very kind and helpful. There's even unofficial painting help from this one lady who's pretty awesome at it, which is cool. They will definitely help get you into the hobby if you're on the fence and there's a league that's starting up for those who have experience.

Went here after finding the grapevine mills location was closed. Happy I did, Moses is amazing as manager and really helped out with my first purchase into the hobby. Even my friends who were returning into the hobby found the location and Moses to be something they haven't experienced before.

No smell problems whatsoever btw.

Gabe was awesome. Guy is running a one man show and still took the time to show me around, chat with me, and invite me to the beginners sessions on Wednesday.

Had a great time today! Everyone was friendly and encouraging. Mad props to the manager making it fun for everyone. I'll definitely be back. The parking kind of sucked but, that was the city's fault.

Morgan is a credit to the company and the highest caliber individual I have met in a games store. He is very welcoming to new hobbyists and full of information about painting and other newbie questions. This is my games workshop store and Morgan is a BIG part of why I keep coming back.

Absolutely a great experience in a hobby that could easily be intimidatingly vast. Moses answered all our questions with a patient and enthusiastic tone. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere.

Been going here for nearly a year now. Store manager is the nicest guy, and will go out of his way to help out his customers. The people are great too, even if I don't get a game in I still stay the whole day.

Staff is awesome here. Helped me pick out paints for minis i am working on. Even helped teach me a few tricks for painting and let me practice my dry brush on some unpainted figures. I got to try a round of warhammer and it's awesome. Will be back for more paints and likely to get into warhammer more.

Manager is a great guy as Ive come to expect from all of the various warhammer stores ive been to (and worked at). Definitely recommend stopping in and saying hi, playing a game, and buying some sweet sweet plastic goodness

Love this store! The customers and manager are all awesome people. They have been extremely helpful to me for getting into 40K/modeling.

Gabe is the best manager I've encountered across the company, I go regularly and I'm happy to see it reopen after being down for so long.
