They didn’t excellent job at this Verizon store. Duncan was very patient and thought outside the box to try to help save us money and provide the best service. I highly recommend this location.!

Nikoloz was so kind and got everything done as qui know as possible. He helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and wasn't pushy. They even took a deep dive into our plan to make sure we all had what we needed and what made the most sense for US. I will definitely be back when I need phones in the future!

Matthew is awesome! I updated to a new iPhone 14 Pro and Matthew gave great advice and suggestions! Total professional and so nice! This is my go to store. I am never disappointed, all the employees make sure to help you the best way they can. Highly recommend. 5 stars to Matthew and crew! Thank you!

He outlined our options and listened to our needs, responding with thoughtful recommendations. He put together a very good package/bundle for us that we would otherwise never have known was available. He was through, thoughtful, patient, and very astute in providing the phone and services we needed, neither over-selling nor going for a quick sale. Brandon the manager is great. I went in to get a new phone on a busy Saturday this past week. He was the only one in the store, juggling multiple customers and taking care of people simultaneously. He did it all with a smile and was super friendly and helpful, answering my questions and finding solutions to fit my needs. He truly went above and beyond in challenging circumstances, and I'm very happy with my new phone/set-up. Thanks, Brandon!

I went back in as it was my granddaughter’s birthday and this is the closest store available to me, thankfully I worked with the manager Brandon mcjunkin and he was very empathetic about what had happened the last time I was in. He apologized for the mishap and helped both me and my granddaughter get a new phones will lowering out monthly bill and find room to get us an iPad and watch. The management here is absolutely wonderful and I’m glad they where able to change my mind. I’ll be coming back here for years to come still and I hope everyone does as well.

Excellent customer service!!! The guy who helped me is great! Went in for a broken phone, came out with a new phone, accessories ,and anApple Watch SE for next to nothing. Also honored a corporate coupon for a discount off an additional accessory.

I arrived to have a cracked screen replaced and decided to upgrade because the staff was so informative. The process took under 40 minutes due to the expertise and knowledge of the staff. I also had great deals / savings.
This is the only Verizon retailer I continue to use.

Finally decided to get a new phone, and I chose the right Verizon store. I do not recall the name of the employee who helped me, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about multiple products. I was given real world examples of different device features and he answered all the questions I had. Very patient with my decision making and even took the time too look up my girlfriend's account and answer her questions. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
