my 1st time buying at a GNC. the guy at the Knollwood location was super helpful & friendly.

Went there to buy some supplements was greeted by Mason He was very Knowledgeable about the products great customer service

Came here to purchase an item I saw online and they had it in stock! The price listed on the shelf was not correct though, but I wasn't going to throw a fit over a dollar. The staff was very attentive and kind. Would come back for future purchases.

Kind of pricey, but i dont regret the really nice lunch bag and caffeine free pre workout. It was a good suggestion from the employee. Only a 4 star because it is expensive.

Great place to visit. Staff very knowledgeable and personable. A lot of product available at the location. Small location, 6 ppl here is a lot at one time. It's fairly relaxed and you may be the only person in the store for your visit. Prices are on par. Parking lot is a traffic jam, it shares with popular stores in the same mall.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon for some protein. The worker was overly pushy about the premium membership with GNC and asked me 3 different times and continued pushing when I clearly said no. After that he seemed to take it personally and stopped talking completely and was very short. After that he interrupted a conversation I was having with my girlfriend about supplements to tell me I’m getting them from the wrong place and should only get them from GNC. I’ve been in the gym game a long time and know my products and what I’m doing. I don’t need the GNC worker to try and push his stuff for a commission.

Just to clarify I gave an extra star only cause the staff are always good people. GNC products on the other hand are the worst tasting, non-working, unmixable, waste of money products I've even had. For the record, I've been lifting and using many other products for years so I know what Im talking about. I started using em to try to cut costs. Don't do it! No matter if its on clearance or if its the "new" formula, your still getting vomit flavored flour and you'll be writing an angry review of your own. Your welcome.

I went in asking for a good pre workout out that didn’t give me tingles. The male worker said “I’ll tell you what I tell every women who comes in not wanting tingles, you need to get over it” after that comment I continued looking around at products my boyfriend made a comment about a certain product being cheaper on Amazon. Instead of the employee helping us he told my boyfriend he was wrong to find the sign in the store that states the price match.. why couldn’t he just tell us that instead of making us search?

Just needed to pick up a few items on a Tuesday afternoon at 2 and I walk up to find the doors locked for no reason and no sign explaining why they’re closed. So I have to drive 15 minutes to another gnc where they explain to me that the closed one is corporate and they actually quite often just decide they don’t want to work and lock the doors with no notice. Would not recommend going to this location at all for the fact their hours unreliable.

Second time stopping by, but all the doors are locked. I’m not sure if there’s something going on but the hours online say they’re open, along with the ones at the door. Unless the employees are locking the door to not work... Would not recommend this location at all.
