Been coming here for years. At least ten years now. The store has changed for the better, giving it a cleaner, more organised look but it still has that casual, friendly feel to it. Staff have always been friendly and helpful (literally- I only had one bad experience.. ONE). Selection is great, staff is well-versed in their products, and everything is easy to find. Love this place!

I’ve been a customer here for many years and I’ve always had amazing service! Within the past year the service has become phenomenal and my experiences are nothing less than great! One employee in particular, Chelle, always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need and she does it with the biggest smile on her face! 10/10 recommend this tobacco shop 😃

This place has all the smoking assessories you could ever need. Super friendly staff too. Hannah just helped me and got me everything I was looking for in under 5 minutes. If your looking for a one stop shop for your smoking needs, this is it! Good quality at an affordable price :)

I have read so many more of your reviews and love the fact that you are so interactive and concerned about your community so I felt the need to respond. II feel that you go out of your way to make people feel that their needs are wanted and accepted and cared for. I understand that there are policies in place and that people have expectations That can't always be understood by them or your staff at any given time. Please people, in our day and age, have a little grace and have a little understanding and please whatever you do always assume that somebody has it worse than you. Name calling and defamation of character has very serious side affects in every aspect of our lives. 5 minutes to stop and think of the God given knowledge of our freedom of speech does amazing things for so many people including your very own health and the people around you! We live in a wonderful country so please don't take advantage of our every day rights that are so taken advantage and desired by many so far away. Thank you for taking the time to read. This is the best tobacco store I have found in the metro area. It has an extensive selection of items. It's the only one that I will use.

Very friendly staff, always well stocked, and I gave it five stars because they are one of the very few places left that still carry my favorite brand of cigarettes, and for that reason alone, I will Gladly pay the high price for a carton of smokes ( the high price of smokes is Not due to the store itself but rather the overly conservative government of Minnesota and the federal government who apparently now has rights over my decisions concerning how I choose to live my life ) *stepping off my soap box now*

Needed a new pen since mine broke and almost exploded, I got a newer one that looks better than the last one. Also grabbed a Smoke Buddy which works amazingly!

I had an issue, but they were very quick to correct the problem. I definitely love this place and will keep going back.

Continuously run over here to pick up what I need because of the location, the hours, and the product. The owner is super chill and was more than helpful when it came to a product issue. Supreme customer service, thanks guys!
