Rack Room Shoes

Highly recommend Rack Room Shoes in the Crabtree Valley mall Raleigh, was in need of a new pair of walking shoes. Manager of the store was most helpful, friendly and was generous with his time to guide me to the shoe I was looking for!
Much to my surprise they had my size and 50% off, so my lucky day!!
But wait, there’s more … buy another pair and get 50% off the second pair. How could you resist?? Could not believe it, not sure if it’s a January sale or if this is normal?? Large selection of shoes and many on sale.

Good selection and inventory. Prices were average/comparative. Staff was friendly.

You cannot beat a buy one get one half off deal on the latest shoes. I got some really cool Brooks and a slip on pair of Skechers for less than $150. Only Caveat, there are some brands that are putting restrictions on the BOGO deals and combining them, etc.

Associates are nice and friendly with warm greetings as you enter the store. I couldn't reach a pair of shoes and associate got a ladder and got them for me, got an additional box, then told me about an additional promotion that I wasn't aware of.
The ailes are free of debris and boxes and store is nice and clean. Very nice selection of men's shoes, including my favorite, Rockport. BOGO free or half! Give a gift this season and get one for yourself.

This is the only place I get shoes at. Better choices that work for me and super friendly service.

Have a great variety of shoes. Not what my daughter was looking for but I wouldn't have been happy.
